Megan Fox, Charlie Sheen Among Top Facebook Trends of 2011

Michael Buckner/Getty Images For Maui Film Festival(PALO ALTO, Calif.) -- Megan Fox didn't star in the third Transformers movie over the summer, but her absence from the film didn't hurt her popularity on Facebook.

She had the fastest-growing Facebook page among actors and TV personalities in 2011, according to information released by the social networking site on Wednesday. Vin Diesel and Adam Sandler ranked second and third, respectively.

Facebook's "Memology 2011" also shows that Harry Potter and House were the fastest-growing movie and TV show on the site.  Hugh Laurie's titular character on House was among the fastest-growing fictional characters.

Thanks to his meltdown earlier this year, Charlie Sheen is featured on both a list of the top 10 global topics on Facebook and a list of the top 10 status trends in the U.S.
