Miley Cyrus Stitched Up After Cooking Accident

PRNewsFoto/MTV Networks International(LOS ANGELES) -- Miley Cyrus had to go to the hospital on Monday night, but it was nothing serious.

TMZ.com reported that Cyrus accidentally cut her finger in her Los Angeles home while cooking.  Accompanied by her mother, grandmother and boyfriend, “Hunger Games” actor Liam Hemsworth, she went to the hospital, where she received stitches.

Miley’s rep confirmed the incident to ABC News, saying, “She cut her finger while cooking.  Had to get a few stitches.  She’s doing fine.”

She was well enough to tweet about the incident Tuesday, telling her fans, “I’m all stitched up & have on a splint so I’m good. As you can tell by my expression, didn’t feel so good. Curse u blender!”
