Miley Cyrus Suggests She's a 'Stoner' in Birthday Video

PRNewsFoto/MTV Networks International(LOS ANGELES) -- When a video emerged last year of Miley Cyrus apparently smoking from a bong, the teen star said she was smoking legal salvia, not marijuana.

Now, the former Hannah Montana star has another video to spin.  It was shot at the singer's 19th birthday party in Hollywood last week.

In the video, Miley is presented with a cake emblazoned with the image of Bob Marley by her friend Kelly Osbourne.

Miley responds by telling the crowd -- which, according to The Daily, included her parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus -- "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake.  You know you smoke way too much f***ing weed."

"I thought salvia was your problem, Miley," jokes Osbourne.

The video began making the rounds on Sunday after it was posted by The Daily.

Kelly immediately jumped to the singer's defense on Twitter, writing, "let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also...A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"
