(CHICAGO) -- Oprah Winfrey is selling her Chicago-based Harpo Studios, where she taped her talk show for more than two decades.
A Harpo spokeswoman tells Crain's Chicago Business that the four-building campus will be sold to Chicago developer Sterling Bay, but will be leased back to Harpo for two years, allowing the studio to continue to produce OWN programming from there.
Harpo Studios is being sold for around $32 million.
Winfrey's cable network is based in Los Angeles.
