"Real Housewives of New Jersey" Star Pays Out to Creditors

Virginia Sherwood/Bravo(NEW YORK) -- Here's another bankruptcy-related story involving a Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

Danielle Staub filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in June 2012, saying she owed $500,000 to $1 million to creditors.  According to court papers filed in June, Staub paid out $35,000 to those creditors to help settle her debts, reports TMZ.

Earlier this week, Staub's co-stars, Teresa and Joe Giudice, were federally indicted on 39 counts of fraud.  The allegations include bankruptcy fraud. The couple could face 30 years in prison.
