(NEW YORK) -- Remember back in December, when Selena Gomez said she was canceling her Australian tour? At the time, she said in a statement that she needed "to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be."
Well, it turns out that last month, she did just that, enrolling herself in a wellness program at an Arizona facility.
To be clear, Gomez's rep tells ABC News Radio that her stint at Dawn at The Meadows recovery facility in Wickenburg, Ariz., was not "rehab," as has been reported.
"Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse,” the rep clarifies.
According to the facility's website, among the conditions it treats are depression, "love addiction," "love avoidance," panic and anxiety disorders, trauma and codependency.
