(BURBANK, Calif.) -- While promoting Scary Movie 5 on Wednesday night's installment of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Charlie Sheen confirmed to Leno that Lindsay Lohan turned out to be a handful when she taped a two-day guest star stint on his FX show Anger Management.
"Day one, she was fabulous," Sheen said of his pal and Scary Movie 5 co-star. "She was on time; she knew her lines, hit every mark...Then we had to deal with day two. It was as though she had us held hostage because she gave us half a show."
Sheen also confirmed Lohan walked away with items from the show that didn't belong to her.
The actor said, "it's true but it's not true," explaining she "borrowed" some stuff from the set and was told she'd have to give it back or have their value deducted from her check. She apparently chose the latter option, Sheen noted.
Later on, Leno bonded with the former "warlock" over his getting fired from a high profile TV gig. Sheen briefly revisited his getting axed from Two and a Half Men when discussing Anger Management.
"It's the most fun I've had in this business to date," Sheen said of the new program, comparing his comeback to his famous flame-out, by saying, "...to extract yourself, to be removed...Fired..." to which Leno interrupted, saying, "Well, you're in good company," and shaking his hand.
The late night host was obviously referring to news he'll be replaced as host of the Tonight Show by Jimmy Fallon next year.
Scary Movie 5 opens Friday. Anger Management airs on FX Thursday nights at 9:30 p.m. Eastern time.
