(NEW YORK) -- Chris Daughtry and his wife Deanna are the proud parents of twins. According to a note on Daughtry's website, the couple welcomed fraternal twins Adalynn Rose and Noah James on Wednesday. Adalynn was born at 11:06 a.m., while Noah followed at 11:25 a.m.
In a statement, Chris said, "Our family is overwhelmed with joy by these two precious gifts from God. The babies are both healthy and resting. Thanks to everyone for their love and prayers."
The twins were conceived and carried through a gestational surrogate. Chris and Deanna have two other children, Hannah and Griffin, but these are their first biological children that they've had together as a couple.
