(LOS ANGELES) -- David Carradine's widow, Anne Carradine, has reached a settlement in a wrongful death lawsuit against French company MK2 Productions, the production company of the film her husband was shooting when he died of auto-erotic asphyxiation, according to TMZ. The 72-year-old star of Kung Fu was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room in 2009.
Anne had claimed MK2 Productions failed to supervise her husband while he was on location for the shoot, alleging that the assistant MK2 provided for her husband abandoned him to go to dinner the night before the actor's body was found. The company denied any wrongdoing. TMZ reports that Anne Carradine will get around $400,000 from the defendants, which also includes the hotel in which he was staying, and an insurance company.
