Rapper Gucci Mane Accused of Assulting Soldier Who Asked For a Picture

Moses Robinson/WireImage/Getty Image(ATLANTA) -- Rapper Gucci Mane is accused of smashing a champagne bottle over a soldier’s head after he asked for a picture in a night club.

Atlanta police have issued an arrest warrant for the Lemonade rapper, real name Radric Davis, 33, following the incident at the club Harlem Nights on March 16.

The soldier, who was identified only as James, told police he was inside the VIP area when he tried to make conversation with the rapper, who then struck him in the head “with a champagne bottle, causing a severe laceration to the top of his head,” according to a copy of the incident report obtained by ABCNews.com.

The soldier spoke to ABC News’ Atlanta affiliate WSB-TV, and said he was in town to celebrate his birthday with friends. It was his first trip to the city since returning home from a deployment to Afghanistan last October.

James was treated at Grady Hospital for a cut to his head.

Police said Gucci Mane fled the night club before they arrived, possibly traveling in a white Chevy Tahoe.

A representative for Gucci Mane did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

UPDATE: Charges Dropped in Lindsay Lohan Assault Case

Stephen Dunn/Getty Images UPDATE: All previous charges against the suspect have been dropped. Police sources say Lohan taking the suspects phone constituted a crime. That, coupled with Lohan's refusal of medical attention weakened her case. NYPD Deputy Comissioner for Public Information Paul Browne released the following statement:"In wake of investigation by detectives, we anticipate cross complaints for harassment (no assault arrest)."

(NEW YORK) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan was assaulted inside her New York City hotel room early Sunday morning, ABC News has confirmed. Lohan was allegedly attacked by 25 year old Christian LaBella of Valley Village, California, after confronting him over photos he had taken of the troubled starlet with his phone.

The Mean Girls star and three friends reportedly invited LaBella to her hotel room at the W Hotel around 4:30 in the morning. Upset about finding photos of herself on the man’s phone, Lohan allegedly took the device and refused to give it back. LaBella reportedly then threw her on the bed leaving scratches on her hands. She then fled the hotel room and was accosted by LaBella in a stairwell, where he allegedly choked her from behind and tossed her down the stairs.

She then pulled the fire alarm, which shut down all of the elevators in the building, before running away. LaBella was arrested and charged with misdemeanor accounts of third-degree assault and harassment.

Law enforcement has confirmed that LaBella was a part time congressional staffer for Rep. John Shimkus of Illinois. A statement from the congressman's office reads:

"While no one from Congressman Shimkus' office has been contacted by Mr. LaBella following his arrest, he has been an employee in the Congressman's Washington office.  Obviously, the Congressman does not condone his actions.  As this is a legal matter for Mr. LaBella, the Congressman nor his office will make further comment."

John Travolta Sued by Cruise Ship Worker

Ryan Pierse/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- A Chilean cruise ship employee named Fabian Zanzi has filed a lawsuit claiming John Travolta made sexual advances at him, according to E! Online.  He says in a 16-page lawsuit that the incident occurred during a Royal Caribbean cruise in June 2009.

Zanzi says he was delivering room service to the actor when Travolta complained of neck pain.  Zanzi alleges in court papers that when he reached for Travolta's robe, the actor instead removed the robe and "proceeded to forcefully embrace" Zanzi while naked.

Zanzi claims that he "pleaded" with Travolta to release him from the embrace.  He alleges Travola’s conduct was "nonconsensual, inappropriate, extreme and outrageous."

Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, responded to the suit in a statement to E! News, saying, "This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims.  It is obvious that Mr. Zanzi and his lawyers are looking for their 15 minutes of fame."

Zanzi also alleges that Travolta offered him $12,000 for his silence about the incident.  However, Zanzi says he reported the incident to "at least three" superiors at Royal Caribbean.

Zanzi is asking for unspecified damages for assault and battery and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

An attorney for Travolta, who has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991, noted, "We are confident that my client will prevail on the merits and that he will be completely vindicated in court."

Two masseurs sued Travolta earlier this year, claiming sexual battery and sexual harassment, but later dropped their complaints.

Brooke Mueller Returns to California Following Colorado Arrest

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, was given court permission Monday to return to California following her arrest over the weekend in Aspen, Colo., for alleged third-degree assault and cocaine possession.

The Aspen Daily News reports her attorney had made the request to allow the 34-year-old Mueller to return to California so she could reunite with Sam and Max, the twin boys she has with Sheen.  She flew to Los Angeles via a private jet following the judge's decision.

Mueller, who has battled addiction issues in the past, was arrested after police say they went on a "routine walkthrough" at an Aspen club and were told by a woman that Mueller had assaulted her.  She posted $11,000 bond and was released from custody.  She has a court date scheduled for Dec. 19.

Female Bus Driver Files Assault Charges against Matthew Fox

Danny Martindale/WireImage(CLEVELAND) -- The female party bus driver whom former Lost star Matthew Fox allegedly attacked last weekend in Cleveland, Ohio has filed assault charges against him, according to CNN.

Cleveland prosecutors reportedly are reviewing the complaint brought by 29-year-old Heather Bormann, and have photographed bruises on her legs and arms.

Bormann claims the scuffle began after Fox had attempted to board her bus, which was reserved for a private party, and she told him to leave.  She alleges Fox punched her in the chest and pelvic area, after which, she says, she struck him in the jaw.

She further alleges Fox was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

Bus Driver Details Scrap with ‘Lost’ Star Matthew Fox

Danny Martindale/WireImage(CLEVELAND) -- “He said, ‘This is the guy from Lost, Matthew Fox.’  I said I don’t care if he’s Joe Schmoe -- he assaulted me!”

These are quotes from Heather Bormann’s interview with ABC affiliate WEWS in which she described her scuffle late Saturday night with a man she identified as Hollywood actor Matthew Fox.

Bormann said she was driving a private party bus for a bachelor party. She was waiting for her customers outside the Shooters entertainment complex when Fox boarded the bus and demanded a ride to his hotel.

“He smelled like a bar. I mean he smelled like a liquor cabinet,” Bormann said.

When she refused, Fox allegedly lost it.

“He just would not get off my bus…so he started swinging, and I made him leave,” Bormann said.

“He was hitting me in the breast, he was hitting me in the groin area -- I have bruises that I can’t show,” Bormann said. “He bruised me all up,” she claimed, exhibiting her knuckles.

“I did bust his mouth open. I got him good,” Bormann said. In a dramatic touch, Fox “took the blood and just threw it to the ground,” she added.

She said that’s when the police arrived, took a report, detained Fox briefly, then sent him to his hotel in a taxi.

“You’re gonna hit me, I’m gonna hit back. I mean, I bite just as hard as you can bite,” said Bormann, possibly literally.

She said she planned to press charges: “No matter who it’s from, assault is wrong; it’s against the law.”
