Report: Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Rehabbing Again

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Brooke Mueller, the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, is headed back to rehab, according to TMZ.

The website reports Mueller overdosed last week on Adderall and now she's now undergoing treatment for Adderall addiction.

Her attorney Yale Galanter told the gossip site, "Brooke was uncomfortable with the way Adderall was making her behave," and that's what led her to commit to the long-term, live-in rehab program.

Galanter claims Mueller's scare last week won't constitute a probation violation. In May, she pled guilty to felony drug possession and was ordered to not drink alcohol for a year.  When she was hospitalized last week, only a small amount of alcohol was found in her system, TMZ reports.

Charlie Sheen's Ex-Wife Brooke Mueller Back in Rehab

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is again in rehab -- and the actor reportedly may have played a role in her relapse.

Mueller's rep tells Celebuzz.com, “As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago.”

However, a source claims to Celebuzz that Mueller partied with Sheen at his estate for four days in May and "ultimately fell off the wagon."

Last week, Mueller was sentenced to a year of probation in connection with a drug arrest in Aspen, Colorado, last December. She spent time in rehab following that arrest.

Judge Denies TMZ’s Request to Film Brooke Mueller Hearing

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- A judge denied the celebrity news website TMZ access to film a court hearing for Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller on Jan. 23.

Mueller is appearing in a Colorado court on a felony charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and a misdemeanor assault offense.

In her order, Pitkin County District Judge Gail Nichols wrote that a live courtroom feed from TMZ “would interfere with the rights of a party to a fair trial” and “would unduly detract from the solemnity, decorum and dignity of the court,” according to The Aspen Times.

TMZ petitioned the court last month for access to Mueller’s first court appearance.

Mueller, 34, was arrested in Aspen Colorado on Dec. 2 on charges of cocaine possession, according to Aspen police spokesperson Blair Weyer.

At 11:32 p.m. that night, police said they were on a “routine walk through” at the Belly Up club on Galena Street in Aspen.

They began talking to an unidentified woman who said that Mueller had assaulted her.

Police contacted Mueller  just after midnight about a block away at the Escobar nightclub.

She was arrested and charged with third degree assault, along with felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to an Aspen Police press release.

The release did not give any further details on the circumstances of the alleged assault, and a police spokesperson did not immediately return messages to ABC News.

Mueller posted an $11,000 bond and was released.

Mueller has famously run into trouble in Aspen before. On Christmas day in 2009, Mueller called 911 to report that Sheen had assaulted her.

The couple, who have two young sons, later divorced.

Brooke Mueller Returns to California Following Colorado Arrest

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, was given court permission Monday to return to California following her arrest over the weekend in Aspen, Colo., for alleged third-degree assault and cocaine possession.

The Aspen Daily News reports her attorney had made the request to allow the 34-year-old Mueller to return to California so she could reunite with Sam and Max, the twin boys she has with Sheen.  She flew to Los Angeles via a private jet following the judge's decision.

Mueller, who has battled addiction issues in the past, was arrested after police say they went on a "routine walkthrough" at an Aspen club and were told by a woman that Mueller had assaulted her.  She posted $11,000 bond and was released from custody.  She has a court date scheduled for Dec. 19.

Brooke Mueller Seen Dancing, Holding Drink After Alleged Assault

Christopher Polk/Getty Images(ASPEN, Colo.) -- Brooke Mueller, the latest ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, was arrested in Aspen, Colo. early Saturday after a woman at the ski town’s Belly Up bar told authorities that Mueller assaulted her, according to a press release from the Aspen Police Department. Police arrested Mueller at another bar shortly after the incident.

TMZ.com obtained security camera footage of Mueller at the second bar that shows her twirling around and dancing with a drink in her hand. In response to the video, Mueller’s publicist Steve Honig told ABC News, “She was not intoxicated and we don’t have any comment at this time regarding her arrest.”

Mueller was also charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to Aspen authorities. “It is alleged that she had in excess of 4 grams of cocaine, gross weight,” Aspen’s Chief Deputy Assistant District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told the Aspen Times.

Mueller posted $11,000 bond and was released.  She has a Dec. 19 court date.

The former real estate investor has had a known problem with substance abuse and has been in and out of rehab multiple times. Earlier this year, Sheen reportedly flew her out of a Mexican drug rehab clinic and set her up with a team of Los Angeles doctors that treated his substance abuse issues.

Asked who currently has custody of Mueller’s twin sons with Sheen, Honig said, “As a matter of of security and privacy, we never comment on details pertaining to her children.” In the past, Mueller’s mother has taken care of Sam and Max while Mueller went to rehab. Mueller and Sheen previously shared custody of the boys; Sheen was forced to give up custody early this year when he went into a tailspin from which he's since apparently recovered.

Charlie Sheen Roasted in Comedy Central Show

ABC/RICHARD CARTWRIGHT(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen was roasted in a lewd, crude, hard-hitting Comedy Central show on Saturday.

Sheen was reportedly all smiles as comedians and stars took shots at him. Comedian Jeffrey Ross joked that the only time Sheen's kids get to see him is in reruns. Priceline.com spokesman William Shatner reminding Sheen to use the site to book his next stay in rehab.

If the jokes got his tiger blood boiling, Sheen did not show it. While his ex-wife Brooke Mueller -- the only of Sheen's exes to attend the event -- looked on, Sheen declared that he's done with his catchphrase "winning," because he feels he has already won.

Much was made of Sheen's reputation for drug use and domestic abuse.

The roast airs a week from Monday on Comedy Central.

Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller Vacation Together in Mexico

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller took a trip to Mexico together, according to TMZ.

The pair, who has now divorced, looked quite cozy lying next to each other on lounge chairs, but Sheen told TMZ they're just "good friends trying to be great parents."

Sheen said that the trip was a sort of "birthday/you're doing great in rehab" present for his former wife.

Charlie added that they are "working on mending the bridges, replanting scorched earth.  The goal is harmony."

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Reportedly Reconciling

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- They weathered an ugly divorce and an even nastier battle over their sons. But now it seems Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller may be reconciling.

According to TMZ.com, last month the former Two and a Half Men star flew Mueller out of the Mexican rehab clinic where she was said to be seeking treatment and set her up with the same doctors who treated his addiction issues earlier this year. Sheen is reportedly footing the bill.

The Mexican treatment would have reportedly required Mueller to take the hallucinogen Ibogaine to help rewire her brain. Ibogaine is a psychoactive chemical compound that is illegal in the U.S.

Back state-side last weekend, Mueller took a break from rehab to meet up with Sheen and their 2-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob. TMZ reported that Sheen wants Mueller to move closer to him when she completes her treatment so they can spend more time together with the kids. They also published a photo of the family smiling, the boys clutching candy in their hands.

Sheen's publicist declined ABC News' requests for comment. Mueller's did not immediately respond.

Mueller, 33, has been in and out of rehab over the past year. Despite that, her custody agreement with Sheen, 45, reportedly does not require either of them to undergo drug testing.

Sheen famously lost his sitcom job after a January bender and a string of erratic TV and radio interviews -- including with ABC's 20/20 -- which dealt with his hard-partying ways and subsequent sobriety, and his public spat with Men co-creator Chuck Lorre. Like Sheen -- who boasted he cured himself of his addition issues -- Mueller has been to rehab multiple times.
