Bruce Willis' Wife Denies Report He'll Sue Apple

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- A published report in the U.K. this week claimed that Bruce Willis is considering legal action against Apple because he wants to bequeath his digital music collection to his daughters once he dies.  As it stands now, he wouldn't be able to do that under Apple's terms and conditions that customers agree to when they purchase music.

Reportedly, the 57-year-old Expendables 2 star sought to establish a family trust as the owner of his music.

A Bruce Willis vs. Apple legal battle would have been interesting, to say the least, but it's not going to happen.  When a person on Twitter wrote to Willis' wife, Emma Heming-Willis, and mentioned the report, she replied, "It's not a true story."

Willis has three adult daughters with ex-wife Demi Moore, plus a baby girl with Heming-Willis.

Bruce Willis Welcomes New Daughter

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Bruce Willis and wife Emma Heming welcomed newborn Mabel Ray Willis into the world on Sunday, US Weekly reports.

Baby Mabel, who weighed in at 9 pounds and one ounce, marks the first child the couple has had together since they wed in 2009.

Both mom, 35, and baby are "healthy and doing beautifully," a rep told the magazine.

For the 57-year-old actor, the newborn marks his fourth daughter.  Willis fathered three girls, Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 17, with ex-wife Demi Moore.

Ashton, Demi Go to Bruce Willis' Caribbean Home to Work on Marriage

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reportedly went to the Caribbean earlier this month, but they weren't exactly on vacation.

Us Weekly reports the couple went to the home of Moore's ex-husband, Bruce Willis, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, to work on their marriage.

Kutcher has been facing rumors that he cheated on Moore.  But, according to an Us Weekly source, the explosive online reaction to his tweet last week -- in which he defended former Penn State head football coach Joe Paterno in the wake of the school's child sex abuse scandal -- "was the last straw."

Kutcher has apologized for the tweet, claiming he didn't know all the facts before he posted it.

Bruce Willis Set to Star in 'Die Hard 5'

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) -- Bruce Willis is getting ready to die even harder.

The Hollywood Reporter says the actor is returning to the role of John McClane in the Die Hard action franchise for fifth time in a film directed by John Moore.  Moore’s credits include Behind Enemy Lines, Flight of the Phoenix and a remake of The Omen.

The report says Die Hard 5 will feature McClaine’s son -- as yet unseen in the series, except in a family picture in the first Die Hard -- and is said to be setting up a passing of the baton.

The first Die Hard was released in 1988, followed by Die Hard 2 in 1990.  Die Hard: With a Vengeance hit theaters in 1995, and was followed in 2007 by Live Free or Die Hard.
