Halle Berry Claims Gabriel Aubry Violated Custody Agreement

Steve Granitz/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry are headed back to court to hash out another child custody issue regarding their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, reports TMZ.

Berry claims her baby daddy has violated the rules of their custody agreement, and she alleges that Aubry has been negligent in his care of their child.

Berry was in court Tuesday morning with her attorney Laura Wasser, who gave the custody judge legal documents detailing all of Aubry's alleged violations. The judge scheduled a future hearing on the matter because Aubry was not present in court to defend himself.

The former couple spent much of the early part of 2011 hammering out child custody terms for their daughter, and the matter seemed to be resolved, at least temporarily, at a hearing in April.

Charlie Sheen Wants Full Custody of Kids

ROBYN BECK/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen will personally attend a hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday in an attempt to get full custody of his twin boys, Bob and Max, according to TMZ.

Sheen's ex, Brooke Mueller, recently re-entered rehab after what the gossip site called last week's "crazy week of binging."  Sheen and his lawyer, Mark Gross, will argue that Mueller's relapse makes her unfit to care for the two-year-olds.  Ironically, they were previously taken from Sheen's custody by court order because of his recent erratic behavior.

Under the terms of their custody arrangement, the couple is required to take regular drug tests.  Mueller reportedly refused to take a test, which under the terms of the agreement is considered a fail.

Child Custody Battle for Pete and Ashlee?

Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Is a child custody battle brewing between Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz?  TMZ reports that Pete has filed papers with the L.A. County Superior Court, asking for joint physical and legal custody of his and Ashlee's two year-old son, Bronx. According to TMZ, Pete's filing came in reaction to Ashlee's divorce filing, in which she stated that she wanted primary physical custody of the child.

However, People says there's no real feud between the divorcing couple, who previously stated that they "remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents." A source told People, "There's no fire. It's a very straightforward response asking for joint custody and fair distribution of attorney's fees. He's not gearing up for a custody war."

TMZ has also reported that Pete and Ashlee are disputing who should pay the legal fees. Pete wants each party to cover their own costs while Ashlee has asked the court to rule that Pete pay for everything.
