Cox's 'Cougar Town' Co-Star Denies Romance Rumors

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Josh Hopkins, who plays Courteney Cox's boyfriend on Cougar Town, was surprised by the the rush of tabloid headlines about them caused by a simple day of sun and surf. The actor tells Access Hollywood he went to St. Barts with Cox and her daughter Coco, but pics of them frolicking at the beach didn't tell the full picture. "There were a lot of people with us," the actor explained, "but we're the only ones you see. They just [framed] us two, so it's a story. It's not true."

Hopkins admits to being flattered by the coverage about his co-star, however. "It's not like a terrible story to have out there," he says.  "I mean, she's really hot. But it's just not true."

David Arquette Says He's Moving Forward After Split from Courteney Cox

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Actor David Arquette, who separated from his wife of 11 years, Courteney Cox, in October, has since been discussing his marital problems with pretty much anyone who will listen, it seems.  However, he tells that he's now ready to move forward.

The Scream 4 star said, "I went through a really hard time, and my way of dealing with it was just to blow it all up."  He adds, "I did act childishly, but at the same time I had to. I was really hurt. It was hard for me to deal with this. But what I had to do ultimately was step back and take a look at myself."

With more than 100 days of sobriety to his credit, the actor says he's taking some time to focus on himself.

Arquette explains, "My big deal is me starting to look at who I really am.  I was living up to ideals that weren’t necessarily who I am."

Courteney Cox on David Arquette: 'He Will Always Be My Guy'

ABC News(NEW YORK) -- After a rocky couple of months, Courteney Cox said she and estranged husband David Arquette are in a good place and will be a family no matter what happens.

"We're in a really good place," Cox revealed on Good Morning America. We're "probably the best we've ever been because we're being really honest with each other. We have such huge amounts of affection for each other."

Cox, 46, said it's all about their six-year-old daughter Coco.

"We have 15 years of memories. There's no point in spoiling that," she said. "I don't know what's going to happen, but I think this is an important time and he will always be my guy."

Cox and Arquette met each other on the set of the first Scream movie. For Scream 4, Cox reprised her role as tabloid reporter Gale Weathers, who's married to Arquette's David Dewey, but by the time filming rolled around, their on-screen characters were having problems and their 11-year marriage was falling apart.

We "fell in love on the first, hated each other on the second, got married right before the third and...what are you talking about, what's wrong? Is there some news about us?" she joked with Robin Roberts on GMA.

Cox and Arquette separated in October 2010. Arquette, 39, is celebrating 90 days of sobriety after a tumultuous 2011. The actor was in a head-on car collision in Los Angeles in March, entered a rehab program for alcohol abuse and depression in January. That came after weeks of public confessions, including his admitting on Howard Stern's radio show that "I am definitely having a nervous breakdown."

Arquette has also been loose-lipped on The Howard Stern Show about his relationship with Cox, spilling intimate details about their sex life or lack thereof. Cox said on GMA she's not angry with Arquette for oversharing.

"David's so funny. He's a showman. He knows what he's doing and he's having fun. He loves doing the show and I'm a big Howard fan," Cox said. "David's got such a big heart so even if he says things like, 'Wow, really?' I don't know why, I just don't really have any problem with it."

Both Cox and Arquette hit the red carpet of Scream 4's premiere Monday night. While Cox arrived hand-in-hand with co-star Neve Campbell, Arquette arrived solo.

Photo Courtesy - FilmMagic/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Actor David Arquette has entered a rehab program for alcohol issues and depression, according to People magazine. A source told the magazine that Arquette is having trouble dealing with his separation from actress Courteney Cox.

The two, who have a 6-year-old daughter, Coco, have remained friendly since their split in October. "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life," Cox told People of Arquette's decision to enter rehab adding, "I love and support him."

The announcement follows weeks of public confessions about his separation from Cox. Arquette, 39, made several bombshell revelations on Howard Stern's radio show in the weeks before entering rehab.

"I definitely am having a nervous breakdown," Arquette said, according to Stern's website. He later said it was more mid-life crisis than nervous breakdown.

But according to Us Weekly, Arquette, the star of Scream, revealed during the one-hour chat that he was seeing a psychiatrist weekly and that "everybody is worried and concerned about me."

David Arquette Admits He's Having 'Nervous Breakdown'

Following several public confessions about his separation from wife Courteney Cox and news about his relationship with cocktail waitress/aspiring actress Jasmine Waltz, Arquette returned to Howard Stern's radio show Wednesday for the third time since his breakup, this time admitting he has a problem.

"I definitely am having a nervous breakdown," Arquette, 39, told Stern, according to the shock jock's website. He later added it was more mid-life crisis than nervous breakdown.

But according to Us Weekly, the Scream actor revealed during the one-hour chat that he was seeing a psychiatrist weekly and that "everybody is worried and concerned about me."

Meanwhile, his marriage is in shambles. "It's not over but it seems like it's over," he told Stern, according to the show's website.

Arquette told Stern he recently had a revelation: "When I drink I become a maniac."

"I've been drinking a lot because I'm heartbroken," he added. "It's really a personal, traumatic thing."

Arquette said he hit bottom at a recent holiday party hosted by Adam Sandler, in which he drunkenly called Tom Cruise "Sean."

"I was a little wasted," Arquette said. "Someone says 'Hi, David!', and I said, 'Hi Sean!' Then I realized it was Tom Cruise. And his beautiful wife [Katie Holmes] was there."

Apparently, Cruise was unoffended. "Tom was cool about it...I was so embarrassed," Arquette said.

Arquette told Stern he has since sobered up. "I'm definitely not drinking for a long time," he said. "When you wake up and reality hits you, it's hard."

Admitting that he's lonely, Arquette said, "I want love in my life. I need love in my life."

And, though he said it before -- Cox, 46, "didn't want to be my mother -- but I kind of need a mother."

Father to Coco, 6, Arquette would also like more kids. But instead of saying he hoped to have more with Cox, he told Stern he wishes the mom could be his ex-girlfriend Drew Barrymore.

"I know she is with Justin Long and everything, but how cool would an Arquette-Barrymore child be?" he said. "From a pure breeding standpoint."

Courteney Cox Reportedly Dating Co-Star

Photo Courtesy - Larry Busacca/Getty Images for InStyle(LOS ANGELES) -- Did another man come between Courteney Cox and David Arquette?  The 46-year-old actress is in love with her Cougar Town co-star, Brian Van Holt, a source tells

The insider says, "She is smitten and in love with this man, almost besotted...he seems to be providing something that David didn't during the marriage.  They've been secretly dating for some time and now the split with David is official, time will tell if the relationship may well get even more serious."

The insider added, "Courteney doesn't believe she was cheating on David because they had been leading separate lives for some time."  Arquette declared earlier this week that Van Holt and Cox had an "emotional affair."

Cox and Arquette announced earlier this week they were separating after 11 years of marriage.  Arquette then revealed on Howard Stern's radio show that he and Cox hadn't had sex in four months and that he slept with another woman after they separated.

David Arquette Dishes on Sexual Problems with Courteney Cox

Photo Courtesy - Frazer Harrison/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- While discussing his split with Courteney Cox on Howard Stern's radio show Tuesday, David Arquette said he and Cox hadn't had sex in about four months.  The couple announced Monday they had agreed to a "trial separation" after 11 years of marriage.

Arquette said he and Cox stopped having sex about a month before they started filming Scream 4.  He also said that since their breakup, he's been intimate with another woman, Jasmine Waltz, a waitress who was accused of punching Lindsay Lohan last summer during a birthday party for the Mean Girls star.  Arquette did say, however, he remained faithful to Cox before they split.

Arquette, who's 39, called 46-year-old Cox the "greatest woman I ever met," and says she initiated the idea of separating.  He explained, "[She said] 'I don't wanna be your mother anymore.'  I appreciated that.  I respected it.  I've been going to therapy.  I'm trying to grow up.  I'm trying to be true to myself.  Trying to figure out myself and my world, as is she."

He added that Cox "tries to take on everybody's problems.  She's trying to be the mother to everyone.  That's why she doesn't want to be the mother of me anymore."

Arquette also admitted that Cox and her Cougar Town co-star Brian Van Holt may have been more than just co-workers after they were spotted together several times over the summer.  Arquette said he knows the two were having an "emotional affair."

Despite the problems, Arquette, who has a six-year-old daughter with Cox, did make sure to mention he hopes they can work through their issues.
