(LOS ANGELES) -- Finally some good legal news for Lindsay Lohan. A man accused of leaving gifts at Lohan's house and sending her sexual text messages has been ordered to stay away from the actress for two years. Thirty-eight-year-old David Cocordan allegedly texted her over 100 times and showed up at her Los Angeles court appearances. The actress filed a restraining order, saying the man scares her and is a dangerous stalker.
Lohan was not in court for the hearing -- she's still under house arrest stemming from the stolen necklace case.
