Demi Moore Requests Spousal Support from Ashton Kutcher

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Demi Moore has moved forward with divorce proceedings to legally end her marriage to Ashton Kutcher after more than a year since their split.  Now, Moore is asking for spousal support.

Although Moore reportedly is worth millions more than Kutcher, she's asking for support along with Kutcher to pay her attorney's fees.  A TMZ source claims Moore wants spousal support because she was "hurt" by Kutcher's behavior.

Kutcher is reportedly the highest-paid actor on television thanks to his role on Two and a Half Men.

And despite previous reports that negotiations have broken down, TMZ reports that an insider says that's false.  In fact, the two sides expect a resolution pretty quickly.

Kutcher filed divorce paperwork in December, but Moore didn't legally respond initially, reportedly opting to try to work things out privately.

Will Ashton Kutcher Have to Pay Up in Divorce with Demi Moore?

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- More than a year after her high-profile split from Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is apparently ready to file for divorce.

The New York Post reports that the former Striptease star is "tired" of trying to settle their split behind the scenes, and 16 months after the breakup, she's now willing to go to court to get what she apparently feels she's owed.

An "insider" says to the paper, "Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much. ...She has had enough."

Kutcher filed divorce paperwork in December, but Moore didn't legally respond, opting to try to work things out privately.

Celebrities Split Ahead of the Holidays

Jeffrey Hamilton/Digital Vision(NEW YORK) -- It’ll be a less than merry holiday season for at least one famous couple. Just before Christmas, Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy announced they’re calling it quits after almost three years of marriage.

“It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating,” the reality TV star and entrepreneur said in a statement Sunday. “This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family.”

“We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority,” she added. “This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us.”

Frankel, 42, created the Skinnygirl line of cocktail and nutrition products. She shot to fame as a cast member of “The Real Housewives of New York,” and her marriage to Hoppy was documented on Bravo’s “Bethenny Getting Married” and “Bethenny Ever After.”

Their marriage had been rumored to be on the rocks for months. In July, Frankel told People that putting her family on reality TV strained her relationship, saying “The second year of marriage was not easy. We hit bottom, [but] we came out the other side.”

“I’m done with putting my personal life and family on reality television,” she added. “I went all the way, and I think it may be enough.”

Instead, she said she’s bent on becoming a talk show host. Her daytime talk show, “Bethenny,” is expected to debut nationwide next year.

Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher pushed forward his divorce from Demi Moore days before Christmas. Kutcher, 34, filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple separated more than a year ago, and both have moved on — according to People, Kutcher’s spending the holidays with new girlfriend Mila Kunis in his Iowa hometown.

Another estranged couple nearly crossed paths while wrapping up Christmas shopping. According to TMZ, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver missed each other by minutes in the racks of Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, Calif. They have yet to officially divorce, and rumors of a reconciliation have swirled for months. Time will tell if a Christmas miracle is in the works.

Ashton Kutcher Finally Files for Divorce

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Although it's been more than a year since Demi Moore announced that she was divorcing Ashton Kutcher, the 34-year-old actor finally pulled the trigger and filed for divorce on Friday in Los Angeles, People reports.

Kutcher has hired high-powered Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser and claims the divorce is because of "irreconcilable differences."  The actor does not ask for spousal support and since the pair never had children, child support isn't an issue, Kutcher noted in his filing.

Moore, 50, first announced the divorce in November 2011 after six years of marriage, amid public reports of the Two and a Half Men star's infidelity.

Kutcher has since moved on and is currently dating actress Mila Kunis, his co-star from That ’70s Show.  Moore is rumored to be dating 26-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel, the son of painter and Hollywood director Julian Schnabel.

Report: Demi Moore's Daughters Cutting Ties with Mom?

Demi Moore (r) and her daughter, Rumer Willis in January 2012. Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, the three daughters Bruce Willis has with Demi Moore, are no longer speaking with their troubled mom, RadarOnline reports. Scout, 20, Rumer, 23, and Tallulah, 18, reportedly "cut all contact" with the 49-year-old actress, who went into rehab early this year after a breakup with her 34-year-old husband Ashton Kutcher.

Citing unnamed sources, the gossip site says a series of fights pushed the relationship to "the breaking point," and led Demi's daughters to step away. "Demi is just being very needy right now and the girls are tired of it, they want a mother, not another little sister," a source says. "They are all concerned that she is going to relapse and head back to rehab and they can't deal with the stress and worry of it."

In June, Tallulah graduated high school, and that reportedly led to more tension. "None of the girls wanted Demi there but she turned up anyway and it was really strained. They had a huge fight afterwards and the girls decided it would be in their best interests to take a break from Demi for a while."

Demi's daughters reportedly stay in touch with Kutcher, which Demi resents and only further complicates the situation.

Demi Moore’s Daughters Worried About Mom’s Behavior

Theo Wargo/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Demi Moore’s three daughters are increasingly worried about their mom’s behavior and are concerned she isn’t staying sober, reports.

The website quotes a source close to the family as saying Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are “really worried” about everything Moore’s been doing lately.  The source says “Demi has been doing things that make them worry that maybe she isn’t staying sober and they’re not happy about her behavior.”

A very skinny looking Moore attended Tallulah’s high school graduation this past weekend.

The source tells RadarOnline, “Things were really tense at the graduation.  Demi did not look healthy and did not seem in a good place.  All three girls are concerned she may have relapsed.”

The relationship between Moore and the three girls has become even more strained in the wake of the actress’ decision not to allow their step-dad, Ashton Kutcher, to attend the graduation.  The source says Moore doesn’t like how close her estranged husband is to her daughters and doesn’t want them hanging out with him.

Moore and Kutcher separated last November after six years of marriage.

The actress was hospitalized for seizure-like symptoms in January, and reportedly spent time in a Utah rehab facility.
