Mayim Bialik of "The Big Bang Theory" Finalizes Divorce

Photo by Jason Merritt/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Mayim Bialik and her now former husband Michael Stone have finalized their divorce. The Big Bang Theory actress and Stone were married nine years. The couple reached an agreement late last week to split their Los Angeles-area properties evenly.

TMZ reports that Bialik will get the couple's 1,400-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment in Studio City, and Stone gets their 1,300-square-foot, three-bedroom home in Sherman Oaks.

The couple married in 2003 and have two young sons. Last year, Bialik cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce filing as the reason for the split.

Testimony 'Reveals' Faked Proposal, Other Scenes in "Kardashians"

Denise Truscello/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- It's perhaps a surprise to no one, but sworn testimony in the Kris Humphries/Kim Kardashian divorce case from a Keeping Up with the Kardashians producer indicates several scenes of the reality show were faked.

While some producers of "unscripted" shows occasionally re-do scenes for various reasons, Life & Style magazine reports a deposition reveals major sequences -- including Humphries' proposal to Kardashian, and her "crying" about a rough spot in their 72-day marriage -- were as phony as Kardashian's eyelashes are.

As part of his fraud lawsuit against Kardashian, lawyers for Humphries took a deposition from Keeping Up producer Russell Jay last month, and he reportedly admitted Kardashian didn't expect the NBA star to pop the question to her, and as such, she didn't like her impromptu reaction.

She allegedly requested another take, saying, "Can we just like, have me come back in one more time and be, like, really surprised?"

Jay also stated in the deposition that a tear-filled heart-to-heart between Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, about the difficulty of the new marriage was actually shot after she filed for divorce in 2011, and the tears may have been prompted by a chemical irritant tool called a "tear stick."

The magazine quotes a "pal" of the NBA star as saying, "Kris feels vindicated...This will prove how fake Kim and the show are."

Kardashian, now pregnant with Kanye West's baby, is expected to provide sworn testimony in a deposition in the case in two weeks.

Will Ashton Kutcher Have to Pay Up in Divorce with Demi Moore?

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- More than a year after her high-profile split from Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is apparently ready to file for divorce.

The New York Post reports that the former Striptease star is "tired" of trying to settle their split behind the scenes, and 16 months after the breakup, she's now willing to go to court to get what she apparently feels she's owed.

An "insider" says to the paper, "Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much. ...She has had enough."

Kutcher filed divorce paperwork in December, but Moore didn't legally respond, opting to try to work things out privately.

Divorce Trial Date Set for Kim Kardashian and Her Ex

Jerritt Clark/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Kim Kardashian is one step closer to a divorce from her estranged husband, Kris Humphries.

On Friday, a Los Angeles judge set a divorce trial date of May 6, according to E! Online.  The trial is expected to last three to five days.

The Brooklyn Nets forward unsuccessfully attempted to delay the trial until after his basketball season is over.

Humphries has sought to have the marriage annulled, claiming that Kardashian married him for publicity.  The reality TV star has denied the allegation.

Humphries was represented in court Friday by attorney Marshall Waller, who filed paperwork the day before to withdraw from the case.  It appears he is still representing Humphries.

Kardashian and Humphries have been ordered to appear in person for a settlement conference on April 12.

Kardashian filed for divorce in late October of 2011, 72 days after she tied the knot with Humphries.

The trial will take place approximately two months before Kardashian is expected to give birth to her first child with rapper Kanye West.

Lawyer for Kim Kardashian's Ex Quits Divorce Case

Jerritt Clark/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Kim Kardashian was hoping to divorce her estranged husband as soon as possible, but the proceedings have hit a legal speed bump.

Court documents obtained by TMZ.com indicate Kris Humphries no longer has the services of his attorney, Marshall Waller.

In the documents, which were filed by Waller, the lawyer claims he is no longer on the same page as the NBA player and the pair has experienced an "irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship."

Waller filed documents earlier this month in which he stated that Humphries doesn't want to rush the divorce trial despite a purported urgency on Kardashian's part because of her "apparently unplanned pregnancy."

Kardashian, who's expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West, filed for divorce in late October of 2011, 72 days after she tied the knot with Humphries.

Kim Kardashian Wants to Speed Up Divorce Due to Unborn Baby's Health

Don Arnold/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- In the latest in Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' divorce proceedings, the reality star is claiming that the lengthy court negotiations are harming her baby.

TMZ reports that Kardashian filed new legal documents claiming the slow divorce process is hindering her health and "...the health and well-being of my unborn child."  She also said she wants to speed up the divorce process as it "will help create a new, full life for me."

In an earlier report, TMZ claimed that Humphries was in no rush to finalize the divorce.

In a court filing obtained by the website, a lawyer for the Brooklyn Nets basketball player argued, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

The attorney reportedly also wondered, "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"

Kardashian initially filed for divorce in late October of 2011, 72 days after she tied the knot with Humphries.

Kim Kardashian's Ex Doesn't Want Divorce Trial Rushed Due to Pregnancy

Jerritt Clark/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Kim Kardashian's pregnancy has become an issue in her lengthy divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Kris Humphries.

The reality star, who's expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, wants the divorce trial to take place as soon as possible.  However, Humphries doesn't seem to be in a rush.

In a court filing obtained by TMZ.com, a lawyer for the Brooklyn Nets basketball player argues, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

The attorney reportedly also asks, "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"

Humphries says he wants to be present for Kardashian's deposition but is unavailable until mid-May at the earliest due to his commitment to the Nets.

Kardashian filed for divorce in late October of 2011, 72 days after she tied the knot with Humphries.

Heidi Klum Says She’ll Never Marry Again

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Though Heidi Klum appears to be smitten with her bodyguard-turned-boyfriend Martin Kirsten, the Project Runway host doesn’t plan to walk down the aisle anytime soon — or ever.

In the February issue of Marie Claire, Klum revealed that she doesn’t want to marry again, even though she and her ex-husband Seal publicly renewed their wedding vows every year.

“I don’t think so. No. No,” Klum said. “I wanted to keep the memory of our wedding alive every year, that’s why I thought it would be fun to get married over and over. But now I don’t think it’s that important. I’m not angry about anything, but I don’t think I will. Maybe if I’m with someone for 15 or 20 years, and we do it in our old age as a fun thing to do … But I don’t have the urgency anymore.”

Klum, 39, filed for divorce from singer Seal last April. They have four children together, one from Klum’s previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

“People say, ‘Oh, God, how devastating to go through a divorce.' Did I wish for this to happen to my family? No. But everyone is healthy; we’re moving on with our lives,” Klum said. “If someone got [very sick], God forbid, that would be a real problem. It’s not what I wanted – it’s not what anyone wanted – but it’s not a real problem.”

The supermodel also opened up about her bedroom philosophy and getting “crazy” between the sheets.

“Some people are more experimental in bed and others are more boring,” Klum said. “If you are wild and crazy, bring it on so the other person is well aware that you have little devil horns that come out every once in a while. It’s good to make an effort to dress up sometimes, to do things outside of the norm.”

And whether things work out with Kirsten or not, Klum has no interest in being a “cougar.”

“I can understand why a woman finds a young man attractive, because the truth is that when men get older, their shape changes,” she said. “Younger men train more, and when the clothes come off, it is nice to look at a sexy, ripped body. But I am realistic. I’m turning 40 next year; I don’t think I could deal with waking up next to a 25-year-old.”
