Randy Travis Naked During Latest DUI Arrest

Grayson County Sheriff's Office(SHERMAN, Texas) -- Country singer Randy Travis has been arrested for DUI for the second time this year.

Sgt. Ricky Wheeler of the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office in Sherman, Texas confirms to ABC News Radio that state troopers responded to a call at 11:18 p.m. Tuesday night reporting a man lying on the road outside of the town of Tioga.  They discovered Travis at the scene with a "strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and several signs of intoxication" and arrested him for DUI.

On the way to the station, Travis allegedly threatened to shoot and kill the troopers, which resulted in an additional charge of retaliation and obstruction, which is a felony.  Sgt. Wheeler also says Travis was brought to the station naked, though it's unclear whether Travis was discovered naked or somehow disrobed later.

Travis was booked and held overnight, then released Wednesday after posting a total of $21,500 bond, $20,000 of which was for the felony charge.

Sherman is located about 60 miles north of Dallas, Texas.  Tioga is roughly 25 miles southwest of Sherman.

Travis, 53, was arrested early last February in Sanger, Texas after a police officer discovered him drunk in his car with an open bottle of wine.  He later blamed the incident on too much post-Super Bowl celebrating.

Two Judges Involved in Lindsay Lohan's DUI Case Disciplined

Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Lindsay Lohan has put her DUI case behind her, but there are still some lingering aftereffects.

Two Los Angeles County Superior Court judges have been disciplined by California’s Commission on Judicial Performance for their handling of the case, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Judge Marsha Revel, who sent Lindsay to jail in the summer of 2010 after ruling that the Mean Girls star violated her probation, was found to have improperly met alone with an attorney who wanted to represent Lindsay.

Judge Elden Fox was found to have improperly denied bail to Lindsay later that year after she failed a drug test. After Fox made the decision, an appeal was filed and another judge set bail.

A judicial expert tells the Los Angeles Times the panel’s disciplinary actions on the judges are tantamount to a “wrist slap.”

Lindsay’s formal probation in her DUI case ended in March.

Amanda Bynes Back at the Bar After DUI, But Behaves

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- She may have been busted on a DUI early Friday morning, but Amanda Bynes was back at the bar the very next day.

The New York Post reports, however, the actress didn't drink at the Los Angeles Irish pub Rock & Reilly’s, where a birthday party was held for a pair of publicists.  Instead, the paper's spies say Bynes stayed "very briefly" before she left to have dinner.

On Tuesday, TMZ posted footage the gossip site says proves Bynes got behind the wheel while inebriated even before her weekend bust after a night partying at L.A.'s Greystone Manor.  In the clip, Bynes appears to stumble in front of, then into her Range Rover.

Before she drove away, a photographer pleaded to her passenger, "She shouldn't be driving, dude!"
