"Pretty Little Liars" Star Is Engaged

Imeh Akpanudosen/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Pretty Little Liars star Ryan Merriman is officially off the market.

ABC News has confirmed that the actor, who turned 30 Wednesday, is engaged to Kristen McMullen. Merriman reportedly dropped to one knee and popped the question in New Zealand at the top of SkyCity on New Year’s Eve, just before a fireworks display began.

“I did it on the fly of the moment,” he told reporters Tuesday night at the premiere of his new movie 42, about Jackie Robinson. “Thank God it worked!”

Now, he’s looking forward to tying the knot, though he’s leaving the details to his future wife.

“I’d marry her on a beach. I don’t care. We could go to Vegas,” he continued. “[But] it’s her day.”

In 42, Merriman plays rightfielder Dixie Walker, who initially opposed Robinson’s entry into the major leagues.

Christina Ricci Is Engaged

Taylor Hill/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Christina Ricci confirms that she is engaged to boyfriend James Heerdegen, according to US Weekly.

The actress met dolly grip Heerdegen on the set of the canceled ABC series Pan Am.

US Weekly reports Ricci would not disclose the date of their wedding.

Did Christina Ricci Get Engaged?

Taylor Hill/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Christina Ricci is keeping quiet about a certain piece of bling that has been spotted on her left ring finger. According to E! the former Pan Am star looked happy strolling through Los Angeles International Airport last week, and observers couldn't help but notice a ring on her left ring finger.

Ricci is dating James Heerdegen, who worked as a dolly grip on the set of Pan Am.

A rep for the actress declined to comment on Ricci's ring finger bling.

If she is engaged, it will be her first walk down the aisle.  Ricci was briefly engaged to fellow actor Benjamin Owen in 2009.

Journey Guitarist Neal Schon and Michaele Salahi Are Engaged

Gregg DeGuire/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Journey guitarist Neal Schon and reality TV star/White House party crasher Michaele Salahi are engaged.

Schon popped the question during a Journey concert in Baltimore Sunday night benefiting the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.  Salahi said yes.

The engagement comes two months after her divorce from Tareq Salahi was finalized.

Tareq Salahi sued Schon for $50 million after his wife left him for the musician.  The case was settled in August.

Schon and Michaele Salahi, who starred on The Real Housewives of D.C., have been together for over a year.

Jennifer Aniston Engaged to Justin Theroux

Eric Charbonneau/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Jennifer Aniston is settling down with her boyfriend, writer-actor Justin Theroux. His rep tells People magazine the couple is engaged.

The rep says, "Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."

Aniston, 43, and Theroux, 41, have been together since May of 2011. They co-starred this year in the comedy Wanderlust.

Aniston was previously married to Brad Pitt, from 2000 to 2005. Pitt got engaged earlier this year to his longtime partner, Angelina Jolie.

Kate Bosworth Apparently Engaged

The 29-year-old actress has written a travel diary for Vogue.com, on which she mentions, "On our first day in Seoul, my fiancé, Michael Polish, and I venture out to discover Changdeokgung Palace."  She doesn't elaborate on the engagement.

Bosworth was first romantically linked to the 41-year-old Polish, who directed her in the upcoming film Big Sur, last summer.

"Hangover" Star Zach Galifianakis Getting Married

Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Zach Galifianakis is engaged to Quinn Lundberg, according to Celebuzz.com.  The Hangover actor, 42, and his fiancée have already sent out wedding invitations for their August 11 wedding.

A source tells the site, “The wedding invite is very Zach.”  The source added, “While it has the formal and standard details of who, what, when, where — including Zach’s full name, Zachary Knight Galifianakis, and his fiancee’s, Mary Quinn Lundberg — it is also very funny.”

Lundberg, 29, is the co-founder of the charity Growing Voices.

Report: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Engaged

JB Lacroix/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Miley Cyrus and her long-time beau Liam Hemsworth are engaged.

"I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," the 19-year-old "Party in the U.S.A." singer told People magazine. 

The Hunger Games actor dropped down on one knee on May 31 with a 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond ring.

The couple, who share five dogs together, met on the set of the 2009 film, The Last Song.  They briefly separated in August of 2010 before resuming their relationship about a year ago.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Are Engaged

Pitt’s publicist confirmed the engagement to ABC News Friday saying “it is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time. Brad designed the ring.”

Earlier Friday, a representative for Beverly Hills jeweler Robert Procop told The Hollywood Reporter that he designed an engagement ring for Jolie, which she was seen wearing on April 11.

“I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt,” the rep said.

The jeweler said that Pitt “had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration.”

“He wanted every aspect of  it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suite Angelina’s hand,” Procop said. “Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encircle her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality.”

Pitt, 48, and Jolie, 36, have been together since 2005 and repeatedly denied rumors that they’re heading to the altar. But this year, Pitt admitted that their six children are itching to see mom and dad get married.

“We’d actually like to,” he told The Hollywood Reporter when asked if he and Jolie had plans to marry. “It seems to mean more and more to our kids. We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can. But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot.”

Snooki Confirms Pregnancy, Engagement to Jionni LaValle

Kotinsky/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- It’s official.  Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is pregnant and engaged, and the breakout star of MTV’s Jersey Shore is vowing that her days of peeing on porches are over.

She also said she won’t film any Jersey Shore this summer.

In an interview with Us Weekly magazine, Polizzi said, “If anything, I’ll visit the shore.  I’m not living in that house being pregnant.  I don’t want to be one of those moms who’s pregnant in a club.  It’s disgusting.”

Polizzi, 24, and the unborn baby’s father, Jionni LaValle, also 24, ended weeks of speculation by opening up to the magazine about their news, discussing the baby’s gender, Polizzi’s morning sickness and weird food cravings, and how they plan to parent.

Polizzi had been denying the pregnancy rumors for weeks, and told the magazine she didn’t want to share the news before the end of her first trimester.

“I wanted to make sure the baby is OK.  Things can go wrong, like a miscarriage.  It was my business, and I wasn’t ready to tell,” she said.

Even though the baby wasn’t planned, she and LaValle said they were ecstatic when they found out, and went through five pregnancy tests to be sure.

But not everyone was as happy about her impending motherhood, she revealed.

“My dad was upset.  He said, ‘You have your whole life ahead of you.’  We didn’t talk for a week.  He came around eventually, and now he can’t wait for the baby.  My mom is so happy for me,” Polizzi told Us.

The pair are split on the gender of the baby -- he apparently wants a boy and she wants a girl.

“She wants a cheerleader, and I want an athlete,” LaValle said, according to the article.  “If it’s a girl, she is not dating until she is 18.”

To which Polizzi replied: “I’m letting her date.  I started dating at 13.”

The pair don’t plan to wed for at least another year to give Polizzi time to lose weight and for the baby to be part of the wedding.
