(CHARLOTTE, N.C.) -- Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift are award-winning, platinum-selling superstars, but they're also something else: polite. Both singers have landed on the list of the Ten Best-Mannered People of 2010, which is compiled each year by the National League of Junior Cotillions, which teaches etiquette and provides social training to young people nationwide.
Bieber came in at number two on the list, right behind New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. Bieber was chosen for "consistently showing courtesy to his fans." Swift was in at number seven for "inspiring young people with her music and her manners."
Other stars who made the list include Prince William's fiancee Kate Middleton, the Chilean miners, Sandra Bullock, ABC's Robin Roberts and philanthropists Bill and Melinda Gates.
