Jennifer Aniston 'Constantly Scared' Around Fiancé Justin Theroux

Photo by James Devaney/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Jennifer Aniston’s domestic life is more solid than ever, but, according to the actress, her fiancé Justin Theroux, keeps her on her toes.

In a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Aniston, 44, reveals that Theroux, 41, likes to hide and then, surprise her.

“He calls it trickery,” she says. “He’s constantly hiding behind drapes and I’m constantly scared. It’s like, it doesn’t get old on me.”

Still, she has a plan to get him back.

“Shh,” she said. “Here’s the thing, I won’t do that sort of elaborate scream. I’ll sneak up and then once I hit the body, then scream.”

Trickery aside, Aniston has a lot on her plate. Not only did she just produce a new TV movie for Lifetime, Call Me Crazy, but she also said recently that she has quite a bit of wedding planning left to do.

She said Tuesday that she doesn’t have a wedding dress yet, and joked about coordinating her big day:  ”[It] might make me crazy.”

Alec Baldwin Slams Newspaper for 'Invading' Fiancée's Yoga Class

Marc Stamas/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Alec Baldwin's engagement hasn't mellowed the actor much.

The occasionally-temperamental 30 Rock star attacked the New York Daily News on Twitter for publishing details of a New York City yoga class held Monday that was instructed by his new fiancée, 28-year-old Hilaria Thomas.

The Daily News reported Thomas told her students that her engagement is "official."  When a student asked her if her fiancé is "anyone who I know," she quipped, "Just some guy who I met on the street."

Baldwin wrote on Twitter, "Shame on the no-talent trash from the Daily News for invading the privacy of 75 people in a yoga class to take a picture of someone."

He also tweeted directly to a couple of Daily News staff members who he says attended the class, writing to one of them, "Are you the Snooki look-a-line [sic] that snookied your way into a certain yoga class [Monday]? Shame on you, Snooki!"

Baldwin, who turned 54 on Tuesday, proposed to Thomas last weekend.  They began dating last summer.  He was previously married to Kim Basinger.

But there will be no wedding bells for Fedotowsky and the ex-baseball player from Tampa, Fla., as confirmed by their representative on Monday.

“Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez have ended their relationship,” the couple’s rep told People magazine.  “As they go through this difficult time, we ask that you respect the couple’s privacy.”

Fedotowsky, 27, had previously appeared as a contestant on season 14 of The Bachelor, where she ultimately walked away from bachelor Jake Pavelka.

So far, The Bachelorette has had a rocky record for lasting relationships, with four of the seven couples calling it quits.

Rachel Uchitel to Sue 'New York Post' for 9/11 Story

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Rachel Uchitel isn’t “almost happy” about how 9/11 killed her fiance.

The former nightclub hostess and Tiger Woods mistress is fuming about a story put out by the New York Post’s Page Six Magazine that quotes her as saying she’s “almost happy” her relationship with investment banker James Andrew O’Grady ended on 9/11 when O’Grady died in the World Trade Center attacks. She first made headlines in the days after 9/11, when the New York Post published a photo of her in front of Bellevue Hospital grieving for her fiance.

“I believe Andy was meant to die because he was too good,” the magazine quoted Uchitel, 36, as saying. “I’m almost happy it ended the way it did because I’ve learned so many lessons from him. It would have been tragic if we got into fights and then divorced.”

Uchitel’s publicist told ABC News that the ex-VIP hostess was misquoted and plans to sue.

“They took Rachel’s comments from another article wholly and completely out of context,” Uchitel’s publicist said in an email. “Rachel is demanding an apology and a retraction.  She is seeking legal counsel to protect her rights and to make sure this does not happen again.”

A representative for the Post did not immediately respond to’s requests for comment.

A video featured on the Post’s website along with the story shows Uchitel reflecting on 9/11 but doesn’t show her saying anything that’s quoted in the story.

“I always miss Andy, that’s never changed in 10 years,” she says in the video. “It’s something that I experience as a loss every single day.”
