(NEW YORK) -- Gloria Estefan is teaming with a successful rapper/producer on her new studio album.
Rap-Up.com reports Pharrell Williams, who's collaborated with the likes of Madonna and Gwen Stefani, has been in the studio with Estefan working on her first disc since 2003's Unwrapped.
Estefan's clearly excited by the results so far -- she tweeted a link to the Rap-Up.com article. She also tweeted to her fans, "Hello my beautiful glo-heads! I can't wait 4 this 'record' to come out! Decided that's the best word 4 it since we still record the music."
In another tweet that addressed a fan's question, Estefan said the lyrics are "mostly English but bilingual in interesting ways."
