Heidi Klum Joins "America's Got Talent" as Judge

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Heidi Klum has signed on to be the fourth judge on the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent, reports TMZ.

Sources close to NBC state that the model and Project Runway host committed to the show at virtually the last minute, with taping of the first auditions scheduled for New Orleans on Monday.

TMZ also published a photo, taken on Sunday, of the AGT set, which clearly shows the name "Heidi" underneath her own judge’s “X,” which is used to indicate a “no vote” for hopeful acts.

Klum will join Howie Mandel and Howard Stern at the judges' table, along with Spice Girl Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown, who is also new to the show this season.

Last season, America's Got Talent employed three judges: Mandel, Stern and Sharon Osbourne, who left after the finale.

The new season of America's Got Talent will debut in the summer.

Heidi Klum Says She’ll Never Marry Again

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Though Heidi Klum appears to be smitten with her bodyguard-turned-boyfriend Martin Kirsten, the Project Runway host doesn’t plan to walk down the aisle anytime soon — or ever.

In the February issue of Marie Claire, Klum revealed that she doesn’t want to marry again, even though she and her ex-husband Seal publicly renewed their wedding vows every year.

“I don’t think so. No. No,” Klum said. “I wanted to keep the memory of our wedding alive every year, that’s why I thought it would be fun to get married over and over. But now I don’t think it’s that important. I’m not angry about anything, but I don’t think I will. Maybe if I’m with someone for 15 or 20 years, and we do it in our old age as a fun thing to do … But I don’t have the urgency anymore.”

Klum, 39, filed for divorce from singer Seal last April. They have four children together, one from Klum’s previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

“People say, ‘Oh, God, how devastating to go through a divorce.' Did I wish for this to happen to my family? No. But everyone is healthy; we’re moving on with our lives,” Klum said. “If someone got [very sick], God forbid, that would be a real problem. It’s not what I wanted – it’s not what anyone wanted – but it’s not a real problem.”

The supermodel also opened up about her bedroom philosophy and getting “crazy” between the sheets.

“Some people are more experimental in bed and others are more boring,” Klum said. “If you are wild and crazy, bring it on so the other person is well aware that you have little devil horns that come out every once in a while. It’s good to make an effort to dress up sometimes, to do things outside of the norm.”

And whether things work out with Kirsten or not, Klum has no interest in being a “cougar.”

“I can understand why a woman finds a young man attractive, because the truth is that when men get older, their shape changes,” she said. “Younger men train more, and when the clothes come off, it is nice to look at a sexy, ripped body. But I am realistic. I’m turning 40 next year; I don’t think I could deal with waking up next to a 25-year-old.”

Heidi Klum Calls Seal Divorce ‘Horrible,’ Says Bodyguard Is a ‘Great Man’

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Heidi Klum opened up about her split from Seal on Katie Couric’s talk show today, calling their divorce “horrible” and “hurtful.”

“It is very hard and especially, you know, being in all of the magazine and gossip pages,” she said. “I mean, that is definitely very hard and hurtful and it’s hard to go through a divorce.”

“I’m someone who believes in a fairy tale and when I said ‘I do,’ I meant forever,” she added. “But I don’t know, you never know what happens. Life changes.”

The supermodel and Project Runway host denied, again, Seal’s claims that she “fornicated with the help” by having an affair with her bodyguard, Martin Kirsten, before their divorce was finalized, saying she “never looked at another man” during their seven years of marriage.

“He has a very unique choice of words, I ‘m used to them,” she said. “I don’t know, I don’t love that, it’s obviously not true, I never looked at another man while I was with him.”

“He’s moved on, and so have I,” she added.

Klum said she’s now getting to know Kirsten, who’s worked for her family for four years, in a new light.

“I trust him with my children’s life,” she said. He’s a great man. We just got to know each other from a completely different side.”

Klum, 39, filed for divorce from Seal in April. They have four children together, one from Klum’s previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

Report: Heidi Klum and Seal Close to Divorce Settlement

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- It looks like Heidi Klum and Seal are close to settling their divorce.  According to TMZ’s sources the singer is committed to ending the marriage and fully recognizes that the post nuptial agreement he signed is enforceable and will be “substantially honored.”

Last weekend, it was reported that Seal “erupted,” accusing Klum of having an affair with a bodyguard before the couple’s separation.  However, TMZ sources say Seal retracted his comment a day later, because he did not want to drive the divorce negotiations in an acrimonious direction.

Klum and Seal were married in 2005 and have three biological children together.  The relationship ended abruptly amidst allegations by Klum that the singer had an explosive temper.

Seal Didn’t Imply Heidi Klum Cheated, Says Rep

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- After Seal made headlines for implying that estranged wife Heidi Klum is hooking up with her bodyguard Martin Kirsten, a rep for Seal issued a statement to People saying the singer “would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together.”

“Rather,” the rep said, “he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final so they are legally still married.”

On Friday, Seal shared his thoughts on recent photos of his supermodel ex and Kirsten vacationing in Sardinia to TMZ.

“That’s what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives,” he said.

Seal added, “Whilst I didn’t expect anything better from him [the bodyguard], I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were.”

Klum denied Seal’s charge through her representative, saying, “It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations.”

Seal, 49, and Klum 39, separated in January after being married for seven years.  She filed for divorce in April.

Seal Accuses Ex Heidi Klum of ‘Fornicating With the Help’

John Shearer/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Heidi Klum and Seal seemed to be a match made in heaven, so when the couple announced they were splitting up in January, many were left shocked and wondering what went wrong.

On Friday, seven months after what seemed like an amicable split, Seal let loose, accusing his supermodel ex of cheating.

“I preferred Heidi would have showed a little bit more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help,” Seal told TMZ in a video.

Friends say since the split, Klum and her bodyguard of four years, Martin Kirsten, have become “very close,” TMZ reported.

Klum denied Seal’s charge through her representative, saying, “It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations.”

The Project Runway host and Kirsten were spotted in New York a few weeks ago and on the beach in Sardinia with her children.

“I guess you now all have the answer that you’ve been looking for the past seven months,” Seal said.

Heidi Klum Goes Nude for Allure Cover Shoot

Jason Merritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Heidi Klum is baring it all in a cover shoot for Allure magazine’s May issue.

Klum, a mother of four, said she had no issue with posing nude.

“I think you just have to be comfortable in your skin,” said the 38-year old.  “But I’m a nudist in any case, I’ve never had a problem with my body and I don’t really care what people think.”

She told the magazine she has never had any cosmetic surgery.

“Ask me again when I’m 65, but I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven’t done anything,” she said.  “Everyone has a view of what’s pretty and what’s not pretty, and [surgery] just doesn’t look pretty to me.”

She discusses Seal, her husband of seven years from whom she just filed for divorce.

“If I had to go back in time and say, ‘I could have changed this or that…’ No. I don’t resent anything that ever happened,” she said. “Things just turn out the way they turn out.”

She also discusses her years before becoming a Victoria’s Secret model, saying she did not model in fashion shows and was rejected by her Project Runway co-host Michael Kors in her 20s.

The issue will be available April 24.

Heidi Klum Officially Files for Divorce from Seal

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Supermodel Heidi Klum has officially filed for divorce from singer Seal.

Klum filed the divorce papers Friday afternoon in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

They were married in 2005 and have two sons and one daughter. Klum has another daughter from a previous relationship.

Court papers indicate an agreement has been reached on how they will divide their finances.

The couple confirmed their separation in January.

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate,” the couple said in the statement in January.

Shortly after the split, Seal told CNN’s Piers Morgan that he and Klum encountered problems but he still loved her.

“I think our priority was to remain civil and do this thing with dignity. We still very much love each other,” he said.

Last month, Klum spoke for the first time about the split, saying the situation was difficult, but she did not reveal the reason for the separation.

“People don’t need to know who did what,” Klum told Elle magazine. “I don’t want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had. Every couple goes through things. Unfortunately, we’re in the public, so the highs are out there. But I don’t think it’s necessary -- especially for our children -- to have the lows being printed in magazines and talked about.”

Seal Breaks Silence on Heidi Klum Separation

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Pop star Seal and supermodel Heidi Klum were never shy about discussing their relationship while they were married, and it seems they won't be shy in their post-marriage life either.

Less than 24 hours after confirming the rumors that their nearly seven-year marriage was over, Seal is speaking out, following through on two interviews to promote his new "Soul 2" album in which the topic of the couple's separation was very much on the table.

"I think we were shocked," Seal says in an appearance Tuesday on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.  "You go into these things with the greatest intentions when you say, 'I do' and ...'till death do us part.' Those vows hold value. They are not just words."

The Hollywood power couple and the parents of three kids together, confirmed their separation in a statement released to People magazine Monday.

Seal explained the split to DeGeneres, saying, "You just grow apart after awhile" but said media and fans should not expect a nasty Hollywood divorce.

"She is still, in my opinion, the most wonderful woman in the world," he said.  "I think our priority was to remain civil and do this thing with dignity. We still very much love each other."

Seal reiterated those same comments to PBS host Tavis Smiley in a taped interview scheduled to air this Friday, Jan. 27.

"What one has to do in this situation is to remain civil, to retain one's dignity, to be professional and to understand that we are not the only people on this planet that are going through this," the singer told Smiley.

That civility could come in handy if the couple moves forward with divorce.

Together, the duo would have a fortune to divide.  Klum, 38, is said to have earned $20 million last year alone as host of Project Runway and appearances in various ad campaigns, while Seal, 48, has his new album and four Grammy awards to his name.
