"Dancing with the Stars" Results Show: Jack Wagner Eliminated

ABC(LOS ANGELES) -- Soap star Jack Wagner slipped out of the Dancing with the Stars competition on Tuesday night.

Wagner and his pro partner, Anna Trebunskaya, had the lowest combination of judges' scores and viewers' votes. When asked if he was surprised by the outcome, the General Hospital and Melrose Place actor simply replied, "I had a great time, and it was fun to kind of test myself."

On Monday's performance show, Wagner danced a samba inspired by his 23-year-old daughter, whom he met for the first time last year. All three judges gave him a positive review for the dance, but he still found himself in a five-way tie at the bottom of the leader board.

For the second consecutive week, Gavin DeGraw faced elimination in the results show's final moments but still managed to advance.

The musical guests on the results show were Seal, who covered the classic song "Lean on Me," and Rascal Flatts, who performed their new song "Changed" for the first time on network TV.

Host Tom Bergeron announced a new wrinkle to the elimination format that will be implemented in two weeks. For three consecutive weeks, the bottom two on the results show will dance simultaneously, with the judges deciding who will go home.

Dancing with the Stars
returns next Monday night on ABC with the 10 remaining celebrities set to dance to rock music. KISS will make an appearance.

Heather Locklear Not Going to Rehab

John Shearer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- When Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital on Jan. 12 after mixing alcohol and Xanax, many speculated whether the Melrose Place actress would return to rehab for a third time. But according to a source close the family, that is not the plan.

Instead, the 50-year-old actress has resumed the ongoing sobriety program she began and maintained in 2011 until the difficult split with her fiancé, actor Jack Wagner. Locklear will work with doctors who will monitor her progress, and she will continue to be tested monthly for drugs and alcohol. The family is also receiving support from UCLA to help with the anxiety caused by the breakup.

According to the source, Locklear had not had a drink for months. But her split with fiancé Jack Wagner in November and receiving numerous bottles of wine as gifts for Christmas led her to fall off the wagon. At the time of her hospitalization, Heather was “menopausal, depressed and dealing with a great deal of anxiety of a recent breakup,” said the source. “When her sister suspected something was wrong, she didn’t mess around and called 911.”

Though she was the one who called off the three-month engagement to Wagner, she was still struggling with it in January.  According to our source, Locklear, who has been married twice before, decided she didn’t want to walk down the aisle again. But Wagner did, which caused big disagreements between the couple until she finally ended it.

Locklear’s previous issues with depression and substance abuse and her family’s history of alcoholism led her to voluntarily turn to experts at UCLA for support. She’s reportedly back to her daily 90-minute workout routines and also doing therapy to address the breakup and anxiety associated with it.

Heather Locklear 'Medically Stable' After Being Hospitalized

Michael Buckner/Getty Images for Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research(THOUSAND OAKS, Calif.) -- Heather Locklear's parents say their daughter is "medically stable" at a hospital in Thousand Oaks, Calif., People magazine reports.

Bill and Diane Locklear said in a statement released by Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center that Heather "is in no danger and she's going to be just fine."

Law enforcement sources confirmed to TMZ that the former Melrose Place star was taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon after ingesting a suspected dangerous mix of alcohol and prescription drugs.

TMZ reports Locklear’s sister Colleen dialed 911 out of fear the actress was in danger. A source tells RadarOnline that Colleen was worried about Heather’s state of mind. The source says Colleen “was afraid Heather was going to harm herself because of her drinking mixed with medication.”

Paramedics arrived and determined that Heather needed to be hospitalized. A hospital spokesperson later told TMZ that the actress was awake and responsive when she arrived at the facility.

Locklear recently called off her engagement to Jack Wagner. Sources tell RadarOnline, “She is distraught over her relationship with Jack.  It is on and off and it has upset her lately.”

TMZ reports this isn't the first time 911 has been called over concern Locklear had abused prescription drugs.  In 2008, her doctor dialed 911 worried that she may have overdosed on her meds.  The 911 operator described the incident as a "suicide attempt," but it reportedly turned out to be a false alarm.
