Contractor Sues Jennifer Aniston over Unpaid Bill

Photo by Mike Pont/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- A contractor has slapped actress Jennifer Aniston with a lawsuit claiming the We’re The Millers star never paid him for constructing a deck at her Bel Air mansion.

J.R. Darnall Associates, Inc. says in court papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court that Aniston hired him between October 2012 and March 2013, according to TMZ.

The contractor says Aniston had them build a deck for a party on March 24 that cost $43,710. They allege that they built the deck and Aniston had the bash, but the next day, the contractor says they got a call about a leak in the deck.

The company claims they offered to send a representative to evaluate the problem, but Aniston had the deck demolished before their expert could inspect it. The contractor claims Aniston has not communicated with them any further, and she still owes them the $43,710 for building the deck.

Jennifer Aniston Strips Down for "Millers"

Jamie McCarthy/Getty Images for Living Proof(NEW YORK) -- For years, Jennifer Aniston has been known for her fit physique and, now, she’s showing it off in a big way.

In her new movie, We’re the Millers, Aniston, 44, plays an exotic dancer alongside Jason Sudeikis, who stars as a drug dealer. In the trailer, the former Friends star shows off her moves, and strips down to her skivvies.

In an interview with InStyle UK last year, Aniston said that she stays in such great shape by working out five or six days each week, and avoiding junk food. But in spite of her killer body and great looks, the actress realizes that she’s getting older.

“You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are twenty-something, or the new crop of actresses and think, ‘Aren’t we kind of the same age?’ You lose perspective. Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It’s like, ‘I’m not old enough to have a 17-year-old,’” she said.

In this movie, which will be released the summer, she plays the mother of Emma Roberts, 22, and Will Poulter, 20.

How Does Jennifer Aniston Really Feel About 'The Rachel' Haircut?

NBC Television/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Jennifer Aniston's hair started one of the biggest style trends in America. In the 1990s, Aniston's haircut, called "The Rachel," named after her character on Friends, became one of the most imitated hairstyles of all time.

"It gave women the opportunity to feel effervescent and bubbly and excited and still be found attractive," celebrity stylist and product developer Josh Rosebrook told ABC News.

Now, the 44-year-old actress is opening up and revealing the truth behind the cut that changed everything, including her, in her new Living Proof webisode called "Good Hair Day."

Stylist to the stars Chris McMillan created the look because, he says, Aniston's hair was long and frizzy.

"Cut the bottom, layered it from existing bangs to bottom, took a bobby pin, pinned it over and blew it out smooth," McMillan explains in the video.

"And you know what happened after that…" Aniston replied, jokingly.

Aniston confesses she finds the obsession with her hair surprising, because she had an unmanageable mane.

"It's one of those things I think is hysterical," she said. "That me of all people, who grew up with the worst hair, is known for that."

And Aniston acknowledges how important hair is to a woman's self-esteem.

"I think good hair days matter to women because we're women," she said in the webisode. "Our hair means something to us. It just does."

At the time, McMillan and Aniston didn't know they were about to create a phenomenon.

"It's amazing what a haircut can do," he said.

"They came to you, and then all of a sudden everybody started coming in with this flicky, flicky hairdo and I was like, 'What's happening?!" Aniston said, laughing.

Jennifer Aniston 'Constantly Scared' Around Fiancé Justin Theroux

Photo by James Devaney/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Jennifer Aniston’s domestic life is more solid than ever, but, according to the actress, her fiancé Justin Theroux, keeps her on her toes.

In a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Aniston, 44, reveals that Theroux, 41, likes to hide and then, surprise her.

“He calls it trickery,” she says. “He’s constantly hiding behind drapes and I’m constantly scared. It’s like, it doesn’t get old on me.”

Still, she has a plan to get him back.

“Shh,” she said. “Here’s the thing, I won’t do that sort of elaborate scream. I’ll sneak up and then once I hit the body, then scream.”

Trickery aside, Aniston has a lot on her plate. Not only did she just produce a new TV movie for Lifetime, Call Me Crazy, but she also said recently that she has quite a bit of wedding planning left to do.

She said Tuesday that she doesn’t have a wedding dress yet, and joked about coordinating her big day:  ”[It] might make me crazy.”

Report: Jennifer Aniston Wants 'Destination Wedding'

Eric Charbonneau/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux may be hoping for a life of wedded bliss but they first have to decide on what kind of ceremony to have.  According to Us, they both have very different ideas on how their nuptials should take place.

Aniston is dreaming of a “destination wedding, kind of like eloping with a few friends,” according to one insider, speaking to Us.  “There will be a feeling of a vacation, since that’s her favorite thing to do.”

However, a friend of Theroux claims that the actor would like to play things closer to home: “Justin wants a New York City winter wedding.”

The pal adds, “Justin isn’t as flashy as the men she’s been with in the past, so it won’t go too over-the-top.”

The good news is that Aniston is “over the moon about her second chance at a happy marriage.”  Another source adds, “Justin is giving her a solid vow of love.”

Theroux has never been married before but was with longtime girlfriend Heidi Bivens for 14 years.  The pair split in 2011.

No Split for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, Says Rep

Eric Charbonneau/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- A report in Star magazine claims that Jennifer Aniston broke up with Justin Theroux, allegedly because she wasn’t ready to commit.  But Aniston’s representative tells Wonderwall, “It’s once again just another fabrication to sell magazines and has no relationship to reality.”

Star’s supposed evidence that the Hollywood pair was splitting came with a recent sighting of Theroux at a New York restaurant, with someone who was referred to as a "mystery blonde."  The woman in question turned out to be his friend Amy Sedaris, according to an Us Weekly source.

Another insider reports that while Aniston is away shooting a movie titled We’re the Millers in North Carolina, Theroux was out with a group of her friends, including Courteney Cox and Laura Dern, suggesting that the pair is still close.

Aniston was recently photographed on the set of We’re the Millers in character as a prostitute.  The dark comedy also stars Jason Sudeikis and Emma Roberts.
