(LOS ANGELES) -- A contractor has slapped actress Jennifer Aniston with a lawsuit claiming the We’re The Millers star never paid him for constructing a deck at her Bel Air mansion.
J.R. Darnall Associates, Inc. says in court papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court that Aniston hired him between October 2012 and March 2013, according to TMZ.
The contractor says Aniston had them build a deck for a party on March 24 that cost $43,710. They allege that they built the deck and Aniston had the bash, but the next day, the contractor says they got a call about a leak in the deck.
The company claims they offered to send a representative to evaluate the problem, but Aniston had the deck demolished before their expert could inspect it. The contractor claims Aniston has not communicated with them any further, and she still owes them the $43,710 for building the deck.
