Auctioneer Darren Julien says that the Icons & Idols auction has "something for everybody...whether you're a collector or fan of old Hollywood or of anything rock and roll."

Lennon-related memorabilia up for sale includes hand-written lyrics, drawings and a jacket he wore during a 1966 Life magazine photo shoot.  Julien says that Lennon's jacket alone is estimated to go for "$150,000 to $200,000."

A guitar that Hendrix played when he was in The Velvetones will also be on the auction block, along with two guitars signed by Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood.  As for the King of Rock n' Roll, items from Presley include rare photographs, clothing, jewelry, and two handguns that he owned.
