Kristen Stewart Wins Twice at 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards

Photo by Frank Micelotta/Getty ImagesKristen Stewart picked up a pair of orange blimp trophies Saturday night at Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

She won the prizes for favorite movie actress, for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2, and favorite female buttkicker, for Snow White and the Huntsman.

Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler and Dwayne Johnson also received trophies for their work in film, and The Hunger Games was named favorite movie.

On the TV side, the Nickelodeon series Victorious earned the award for favorite TV show, and Selena Gomez was voted favorite TV actress, for her role in Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place.

Nickelodeon says a record-breaking total of 387 million votes were cast by fans around the world.

This being the Kids' Choice Awards, there was also plenty of slime to go around. Among the stars who were doused with the green stuff: Sandra Bullock, Neil Patrick Harris, Amanda Seyfried, Josh Hutcherson, Nick Cannon, rapper Pitbull, basketball player Dwight Howard, and the host of the ceremony, Josh Duhamel.

Nickelodeon Announces Nominees for 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards

Frank Micelotta/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Children across the country can now cast their votes for Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards.

The nominees were announced Wednesday, and the list is the usual mix of kid-friendly TV shows, like iCarly and Wizards of Waverly Place, and popular celebrities, such as Will Smith, Robert Downey Jr. and Selena Gomez.

Two new categories have been introduced for this year's ceremony: favorite villain and favorite app.

Kids can vote on Nick.com and Nickelodeon's Facebook page and Twitter feed.

Safe Haven star Josh Duhamel will host the ceremony live from USC's Galen Center in Los Angeles on March 23.

'Harry Potter' Receives Four Nominations for Kids' Choice Awards

2011 Warner Bros. Ent./ Harry Potter Publishing Rights © J.K.R.(LOS ANGELES) -- The Harry Potter franchise earned four nominations Thursday for the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards, which will be presented by Nickelodeon in late March.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 earned nods for favorite movie, plus favorite movie actor for Daniel Radcliffe and favorite movie actress for Emma Watson.  In addition, J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter book series is a contender for favorite book.

Among the other celebrities who received nominations: Jim Carrey, Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler, Kristen Stewart and Selena Gomez.  Kids will be able to cast their votes beginning March 1 on Nick.com and other Nickelodeon digital sites.

Will Smith will host Nickelodeon's 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards from USC's Galen Center in Los Angeles on March 31.  It will air live on the East Coast.

Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards Air Saturday Night

Frank Micelotta/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards 2011 will be staged in Los Angeles this Saturday night.

Jack Black will host the ceremony, which honors kids' favorites in TV, movies, music and sports.  Justin Timberlake will receive a special honor, The Big Help Award, which is given to individuals who take actions to better the world and who inspire children to take the same sort of action in their own communities.

The show will feature performances by The Black Eyed Peas, Will Smith's daughter Willow, and Train.

Kids' Choice Awards 2011 will air April 2 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.  Here are some of the nominees:

Jack Black Set to Host Kids Choice Awards, Nominees Announced
