Eyewitness Says Justin Bieber Didn't Attack Kid

Photo Courtesy - Island Def Jam Music Group(NEW YORK) -- Justin Bieber didn't attack anyone during his now-infamous game of laser tag last week in Canada, according to one person who says he saw the whole incident.

Michael Kwen tells E! News that Bieber told him he "accidentally hit" a 12-year-old boy while running around during the game.  But Kwen says the boy's father saw things differently, and yelled "like he was a lawyer...saying Justin Bieber assaulted his kid."

Kwen also denies that Bieber was called an anti-gay slur by the boy, as has been reported by TMZ.com.  He says, "First it was a slap, then it was a punch and now there's homophobic slurs. None of that actually happened at all."

The alleged victim has filed a formal complaint with Canadian police.

Boy Allegedly Assaulted by Justin Bieber Files Formal Complaint

Photo Courtesy - ABC News(TORONTO) -- The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation reports the 12-year-old boy Justin Bieber allegedly assaulted last Friday during a game of laser tag has filed a formal complaint with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.  The police won't name the boy due to his age.

As previously reported, the boy accused the singer of hitting him, but TMZ.com reported Bieber didn't instigate the incident and the kid may have called Bieber an anti-gay slur.

So far, Bieber hasn't addressed the issue directly on Twitter.  He wrote on Tuesday, simply, "Take the high road."´╗┐

Police Investigating Incident Involving Justin Bieber

Photo Courtesy - Island Def Jam Music Group(TORONTO) -- Justin Bieber played a round of laser tag last Friday in Canada that got so out of hand, it’s now the subject of a police investigation.

According to the Vancouver Sun, Bieber has been accused of injuring a 12-year-old boy at a laser tag facility in Richmond, British Columbia.  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police says the boy suffered an injury that did not require medical care.

The Canadian celebrity website ZackTaylor.ca reports that Bieber, 16, was playing laser tag and attempting to avoid a shot when he accidentally bumped into the child.  Bieber’s rep denied the report to TMZ.com.

According to TMZ’s account of what happened, the child repeatedly shot at Bieber during the game, and when the singer told him to back off, the kid called him an anti-gay slur.  Canadian police say an “active investigation” is still ongoing.
