(LOS ANGELES) -- Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester and her mother have ended an ongoing feud over money, according to HollywoodReporter.com.
Meester's mother/manager Constance claimed that she, "sacrificed her happiness" and was owed money for helping her daughter's acting career, but she recently dropped her claim.
In July, Leighton sued her mother for misusing the $7,500 dollars a month the actress was sending to her to cover her brother's medical expenses. Leighton alleged Constance was spending the cash on hair extentions, plastic surgery and Botox. Constance then countersued her daughter for $3 million in damages.
The report says now that mom has dropped her claim, Leighton can obtain a default judgment stating that her mother is not her manager and is not due any support payments.
