Leonardo DiCaprio Spotted with Victoria's Secret Model -- Leonardo DiCaprio was seen touring the palace of Versailles in France with Victoria’s Secret model Toni Garrn. The two have been linked since May.

The 38-year-old Great Gatsby actor and 20-year-old model were joined by a large group, including DiCaprio’s longtime friend Lukas Haas.

The group toured the property and snapped photos from a balcony, looking low-key and casual. DiCaprio wore a newsboy cap and a t-shirt, while Garrn stuck to a white tee, jean cut-offs and sunglasses.

Last month, the pair was photographed leaving the yacht Odessa, in Port Saint Laurent Du Var, and watching the Monaco Formula One Grand Pix.

“They’ve been getting quite close over the last week,” a source told the New York Daily News. “There is definitely chemistry there.”

Kate Upton Upset with Victoria's Secret

Photo by Tony Barson/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Supermodel Kate Upton is furious at Victoria's Secret for using old photos of her after her relationship with the company had ended.

Upton, who has appeared on the covers of Sports Illustrated and Vogue, is also in the latest Victoria's Secret catalogue, but sources tell ABC News, "She's not thrilled about the images being used."

In fact, sources say she wasn't even told she'd be featured.

The photo, taken in 2011, shows Upton in black lingerie when she was under contract with Victoria's Secret. But that contract is over, as is their relationship, ever since a Victoria's Secret model booker told the New York Times, "We would never use Kate. She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blonde hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money could go out and buy."

"Whether Victoria's Secret owned the rights to this photo or not, it's very unorthodox for a company to use a model in this explicit way without that model's knowledge first," Tony Case, executive editor of Adweek, told ABC News.

The 20-year-old quickly rose to fame after being discovered in 2008. And just three years later, landed on the cover of Sports Illustrated, about the same time she was working for Victoria's Secret. But shortly thereafter, the lingerie giant reportedly branded her as too "obvious" for the runway and dropped her.

This leaves some wondering if she wasn't good enough then, why is she good enough now?

"When those photos were taken two years ago, none of us really knew who Kate Upton was," said Cynthia Bailey, CEO of the Bailey School of Fashion. "Now she's a huge celebrity and if Victoria's Secret owns those photos, it's just good business for them to use them."

ABC News reached out to both camps for comment, but neither side is talking.

Victoria's Secret Model Quits,Says Body Should 'Only Be for My Husband'

Jason Kempin/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Victoria's Secret model Kylie Bisutti is done showing off her body for anyone other than her husband.

The 21-year-old winner of the 2009 Victoria's Secret Model Search competition dropped off the supermodel radar last year, declining to appear in December's televised Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Bisutti explained her decision then by tweeting, "For all of you that were looking for me in the Victoria's Secret runway show this year, I wasn't in it. I have decided not to model lingerie."

Bisutti went on to say her strong Christian beliefs were the reason. "My body should only be for my husband and it’s just a sacred thing," she recently told Fox News. "The more I was modeling lingerie -- and lingerie isn’t clothing -- I just started becoming more uncomfortable with it because of my faith."

"My marriage is very important and with divorce rates rising I want to do everything I can to protect my marriage and be respectful to my husband," she added.

Bisutti hasn't abandoned modeling altogether, however. She recently appeared with Jennifer Lopez in a Kohl's commercial for Lopez's clothing line.

'Price Is Right' Model Sues Producers for Alleged Sexual Harassment

Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- A former Price Is Right model is suing two producers for alleged wrongful termination and sexual harassment, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Lanisha Cole, who joined the popular CBS game show in 2003, claims that in late 2009, producer Michael Richards -- no relation to the actor of the same name who played Kramer on Seinfeld -- began giving her the silent treatment and played favorites with another model with whom he was involved in a relationship.

Cole further alleges that producer Adam Sandler -- not the comedic actor -- berated her in her dressing room in September 2010 for not wearing a microphone while she was wearing very little clothing and was surrounded by other models.  Cole says she eventually filed a complaint but was subsequently told that she was "holding the show hostage."  She left The Price Is Right last December.

The Price Is Right host Drew Carey is not accused of any wrongdoing in the matter.  Various reports on the lawsuit -- which also names production company FremantleMedia North America as a defendant -- do not state the amount of damages Cole is seeking.

Model Lashawna Threatt Dies in Fall from Atlanta Hotel Window

File Photo. Medioimages/Photodisc/Thinkstock(ATLANTA) -- Family and friends of LaShawna Threatt, a model who fell to her death from an Atlanta hotel room when she and a friend leaned against a large window, are questioning how the hotel could not have had shatterproof glass in the 10th-floor room.

Threatt and her friend Cierra Williams fell from a 10th-floor window at the W Atlanta-Midtown hotel early Saturday morning, as a celebration of her 30th birthday was winding down.

"It was a freak accident," Ray Hamilton, Threatt's boyfriend, told ABC News.

Hamilton said at around 3:15 a.m. the two women were playing around, hugging and tickling each other, when they leaned back on the nearly floor-to-ceiling window. The glass shattered and they both fell out. He and another friend standing close by tried to grab them, he said, but they were unable to keep them from falling.

Williams' body was found on the ground, while Threatt's body remained on a slanted sunroof adjoining the hotel, according to Atlanta police spokesman Carlos Campos.

Threatt was pronounced dead on the scene, and Williams, 25, is in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Hamilton said he has a lot of questions about the window.

"How could they break the window just by leaning on it? Why wasn't it shatterproof?" Hamilton said. "You would think it would be secure."

In a statement released Monday, Campos said the police are not investigating any aspect of the hotel windows, only whether there was any criminal activity involved in the incident.

"At this time, we have no reason to believe this was anything other than a tragic accident," Campos said.

Police are awaiting toxicology results. Hamilton, though, said no one was drunk.

The hotel has declined to discuss the incident, after manager Michael O'Donohue issued a statement Saturday.

"The incident at the W Atlanta early Saturday is very tragic and our thoughts and prayers are with the woman who was injured and the family and friends of the woman who died in the fall," the statement said. "There is a police investigation underway and all information must come from the authorities."

Hamilton said he thinks Threatt's mother is having an attorney look into the case for a possible civil lawsuit, but ABC News was unable to reach the young woman's mother for comment.

Now Hamilton and Threatt's family are planning her funeral for later this week. Hamilton said Threatt is survived by a teenage daughter.
