(NEW YORK) -- Beyonce has an enviable career, a loving husband, an adorable baby daughter and, now, the coveted title of World's Most Beautiful Woman, courtesy of People magazine. The is the ninth time that People has included Beyonce on its "Most Beautiful" lists, though it's not the ninth time she's won the top honor.
Michelle Tan, People’s senior editor, appeared on ABC's Good Morning America on Wednesday and called Beyonce a "strong role model" who's had a remarkable year.
The star says that it's her daughter, Blue Ivy, who has upped her beauty quotient, which was already -- let's face it -- pretty much off the charts. "I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," Beyonce tells the magazine. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."
Bey reveals that her and Jay-Z's daughter, born January 7, is "just the cutest thing," and swears she "loves" changing diapers, which is a musical activity in the Knowles-Carter household. "I make up songs" for Blue, Beyonce reveals. "They become the ‘change a diaper’ song, the ‘bathing’ song, the ‘go to sleep’ song, the ‘I want to hear you coo’ song,” She loves it. She tries to come in and give her little ad libs.”
As for whether the baby resembles her gorgeous mom, Beyonce says, "She looks like Blue. She's her own person." B adds, "The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy. The word 'love' means something completely different now."
First lady Michelle Obama and Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence are also on People’s Most Beautiful list this year.
Last year, People named American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez its Most Beautiful Woman.
