Scarlett Johansson Threatens Legal Action over Leaked Nude Photos

Kevin Mazur/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Scarlett Johansson threatened legal action against websites that have posted the nude photos of her that leaked earlier this week.

E! News reports her attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter to a number of sites in which he ordered them to take down what he refers to as "stolen copyright protected private photographs." If they do not, the letter warns, they will be sued.

The photos—one of which shows Johansson topless—were posted onto the Internet after her cellphone was reportedly hacked. E! News reports that a few sites, such as, have taken down the pictures after receiving the letter from her attorney. The FBI said it is investigating the leak.

Mila Kunis' cellphone was also reportedly hacked recently, making her just the latest in a growing list of stars who've had pictures or personal information stolen from them and posted online.

Mila Kunis Reportedly Latest Phone Hacking Victim

PATRIK STOLLARZ/AFP/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Mila Kinus is the latest celebrity to have fallen victim to cell-phone hacking, TMZ reports. This time, however, there are no nude photographs involved, at least none of her.

The hacker is leaking pictures of Justin Timberlake that were on her phone. Apparently, four pictures have been leaked by hackers, including one of Justin Timberlake laying shirtless in bed, and another of him wearing a pair of pink panties on his head.

Kunis is not pictured in either of the hacked photos.

Scarlett Johansson was the latest victim of phone hacking and is reportedly going to the FBI on Wednesday after nude pictures of her were hacked from her cell phone and published.

Scarlett Johansson Taps FBI Over Nude Photos Leak

Kevin Mazur/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Scarlett Johansson appears to be the latest victim of a cell phone hacker ring thought to be responsible for stealing nude photos and videos from at least 50 female celebrities.

And according to website TMZ, Johansson has asked the FBI to investigate how nude photos, which she appears to have taken of herself, were leaked on a website Wednesday.

Johansson’s reps didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Nor did the FBI.

The 26-year-old actress is not alone, however. Other celebrities reportedly hacked include Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Hudgens, Ali Larter, and Miley Cyrus.

TMZ reported earlier this year that the FBI was closing in on the ring believed to have broken into the accounts of stars’ cell phones and other computerized devices to obtain the compromising photos and videos.
