Padma Lakshmi Strips Down, Tells All for Playboy

David Moir/Bravo(NEW YORK) -- Padma Lakshmi is pretty much perfect. In the December issue of Playboy, the “Top Chef” host and former model strips down to a lace negligee and reveals that she doesn’t like dudes who shower her with gifts, thinks pretty people are boring, and works her butt off after every season of “Top Chef.” Some highlights from the interview:

On “Top Chef” derailing her diet: “My digestive tract is ironclad and can really take a beating. Having been a model for 15 years, I also know a thing or two about how to dress if I’ve put on a few pounds. And I usually gain between 10 and 15 pounds over six weeks each season. Then I spend 12 weeks working it off.”

On the type of guys she likes: “A lot of men get frustrated with me, actually because I am like a guy. Honestly, I’m like a truck driver trapped in this body. I don’t want to be your best friend. I don’t expect you to give me a birthday card or send me flowers. I don’t need fancy trips. You could take me across the street. Don’t get me wrong. That stuff’s nice, but I am a physical and sensual person. I love to be held. I love massages. I’m just not a Hallmark kind of gal.”

On her three-year marriage to Salman Rushdie:
“Now there is somebody who has great wit and is a great flirt. I don’t regret a day I spent with Salman, but it was tiring. He has a big life, and it only got bigger while we were together. I’m happy to have stood next to him holding his hand, but we were in very different parts of our lives.”

On beauty being boring: “Have you ever met a girl and she’s really pretty, but then you talk to her for 15 minutes, and she’s not that pretty anymore? She’s kind of boring. Or else you meet a girl who’s okay-looking but makes you laugh and says something saucy. Suddenly her beauty shines through.”

On wearing three sports bras: “A regular bra doesn’t work alone, and sometimes I need more support, so I’ll put a sports bra over it. And I like to wear a runner’s tank top over that. It’s my cross to bear, I guess. Sometimes I think I’m one of the last women with real boobs.”

Kelsey Grammer Explains Why He Brought His Baby to Playboy Mansion

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Kelsey Grammer has offered his version of events after receiving some criticism for his and his wife Kayte's decision to bring their 3-month-old daughter to the Playboy Mansion for Hugh Hefner's annual Halloween Party over the weekend.

Grammer explained in a statement to E! News on Tuesday, "Kayte is breast-feeding and we do not have a nanny or a trusted babysitter at this time, so Faith goes everywhere with us."

He added, "We enjoyed the party with a few of our friends, the baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time and we left shortly after midnight."

Grammer wore a Dracula costume, while his wife dressed as a witch.  He noted, "We enjoyed the evening.  We love our child.  Kayte is my wife and lady love.  The world is round.  All our eyes are blue.  Happy Halloween and Cock-a-doodle-doo!"

Jenny McCarthy Doesn't Care If Son Sees Her "Playboy" Pics Someday

JB Lacroix/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Jenny McCarthy isn't the least bit ashamed about her new Playboy pictorial, with the 39-year-old mother cheekily calling the spread "a salute to the MILFs."

The new issue, which hits store shelves Friday, shows nude pics of the 1993 Playboy Playmate of the Year nearly 20 years after she first graced the magazine's pages.

People magazine asked her what she'd think if her now 10-year-old son caught the pics of her seventh nude pictorial in the magazine.

"I think he can find a lot worse available on the Internet these days," she says.  "I think people make such a big deal sometimes about it, when I feel like it just comes down to how you raise your child and how you explain things to your kid."

So how will she explain her work in front of the camera for the men's mag?

"Evan and I will have that conversation someday.  For now, it's not like he'll see it around the house," she jokes.

"I don't have one cover up, period," she says, calling it "hilarious" people would assume she'd have her Playboy pics displayed at her home.

"I mean, I don't even have my Rolling Stone cover up," she laughs.  "It's like, who wants to look at themselves?  I don't.  Seriously, the only picture I have up of myself is one of a shark eating Evan and me."

Lindsay Lohan Opens Up to 'Playboy' About Sex, Sexuality

Stephen Dunn/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- Lindsay Lohan poses in the January/February issue of Playboy in a Marilyn Monroe-themed pictorial that hits newsstands later this week.

In an excerpt from an interview released over the weekend, the 25-year-old tells the magazine, "Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature.  I think Marilyn Monroe once said that.  I certainly agree with her."

Lohan added that she believes in, "knowing yourself and your body because it gives you confidence." She explains, "It's a very male-dominated world to begin with, so knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing for me as a woman."

The Mean Girls star also talks about her various legal problems in the new issue.

She notes, "Looking back, I probably would have listened to and taken more advice from the people whom I admire and would have followed through with it more."   But she adds that, "you only live once, and you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable."

The release of the Lohan issue was bumped up after some of her photos leaked online. Hugh Hefner tweeted Saturday that the issue will hit newsstands at the end of this week.

He also wrote, "Due to high demand, the Playboy issue with Lindsay Lohan’s pictorial is now available on iPlayboy....The Lindsey [sic] Lohan issue will make the perfect Christmas issue for men in your life -- father, son, husband, boyfriend, whoever."

Lindsay Lohan 'Playboy' Cover Leaks on Internet

Toby Canham/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) -- The cover for the upcoming issue of Playboy magazine featuring Lindsay Lohan’s buzzed-about pictorial has leaked on the Internet a week before it was set to be unveiled on TV.

The January/February issue’s cover features Lohan in the nude, strategically straddling a chair shaped like Playboy’s iconic bunny logo to cover her private parts.  In the cover image that was leaked Wednesday, Lohan channels Marilyn Monroe, with platinum blond hair and crimson red lipstick.  The cover text simply reads: LINDSAY.

The leaked cover of the gentleman’s magazine comes a full week before Lohan is scheduled to reveal a sneak preview of the cover and pictorial on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Dec. 15.

“The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay,” Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig said in a recent statement.

Lohan was reportedly paid $1 million for the shoot.

Her Playboy cover comes after a tumultuous year for the Mean Girls actress, who spent four hours in jail in early November for probation violation stemming from a shoplifting conviction.
