Kim Kardashian Doesn't Want Pregnancy Advice

David Livingston/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Kim Kardashian says she's not interested in receiving pregnancy advice, but that hasn't stopped people from offering it.

During an appearance with her sister Kourtney Kardashian Tuesday on Live with Kelly and Michael to promote the new season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim dished that she's not completely comfortable with her pregnancy just yet and hates receiving advice on the topic.

"I think I'm like a little bit -- not in denial that I'm pregnant -- but I want to hear all of the baby advice when I have the baby," she said.

Still, that hasn't stopped her from receiving advice.

"Everyone keeps telling me to sleep, hang out with your man, do whatever you can because there will be a time when you can't do anything for yourself," Kim said.

The reality star, who is just over three months pregnant, also revealed that boyfriend Kanye West and her are thinking about living at least part of the year in Paris.

"We've been spending a lot of time in Paris," Kim said, adding, "And I think that's definitely a place I want to make as a part of the L.A.-New York-Paris kind of thing."

Although the couple was spotted shopping in Paris last week, Kim and Kanye just spent $11 million on a home in posh Bel Air, Calif., according to TMZ.

The new season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami premieres Jan. 20 on E!.

“Hunger Games” Star Talks 'Heavy Flow' in Pro-Obama Ad

Dominique Charriau/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Hunger Games actress Elizabeth Banks may not want to talk to her employer about her intimate women's health issues, but she candidly lays them out for Obama supporters in the president's latest campaign ad.

Banks, who most recently played Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games, admits she got birth control from Planned Parenthood as an uninsured recent college graduate "for my massive migraine headaches and my heavy flow."

"These aren't the types of things I want to discuss with employers," Banks said, weighing in on the debate between Republicans and Democrats over Planned Parenthood funding. "That's between me and my doctor and at the time my doctor happened to be at Planned Parenthood. So I'm really grateful they exist."

Banks said she is supporting Obama because he has "not compromised on women's rights," while his GOP rival Mitt Romney wants to cut funding to Planned Parenthood over the small percentage of the health care provider's business that goes to providing abortions.

"For that little 5 percent that Mitt Romney decides he doesn't agree with he's going to take away cancer screenings? What is he doing?" Banks says in the ad. "He's going to take away people's access to health care close by."

Snooki: No Drinking, No Tanning, No Flats During Pregnancy

Craig Barritt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is trading in GTL -- gym, tanning and laundry -- for breastfeeding and sobriety. The MTV reality star, who sat down with ABC's Juju Chang in an interview that aired on Monday's Good Morning America, is changing her ways as she prepares for the birth of her first child with fiancé Jionni Lavalle.

Snooki, who became notorious for her alcohol-fueled partying on the hit MTV show, said that she's sworn off drinking for the next few months.

"All of my friends are like, 'You can have a glass of wine.' I'm like, 'No. I refuse,'" Snooki told Chang. "Because, you know, I'm going to be that person that has a glass of wine and [the baby will] come out with three legs. I'm scared to even have caffeine."

The soon-to-be mom has also stayed away from the tanning booth and says that she's "embracing the paleness that's coming along with it." When asked if she plans to breastfeed, Snooki said, "It just looks so painful, but I definitely want to pump [my breast milk] because its the best nutrients for your baby."

But even though she has given up on dying her hair and partying while pregnant, she won't let go of her leopard prints, tight clothes and sky-high heels. "I'm only 24 and I'm pregnant. It doesn't mean I need to wear flats and ugly shoes. I can still look good," insisted Snooki.

MTV has yet to announce a premiere date for the sixth season of Jersey Shore.

Jessica Simpson Gives Birth to Baby Girl

ABC/RANDY HOLMES(LOS ANGELES) -- Jessica Simpson welcomed her first child on Tuesday.  Simpson posted the announcement on her official website, writing "Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson.  9 lbs. 13 oz.  We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received.  This has been the greatest experience of oour lives!"

Simpson checked into a Los Angeles hospital early Tuesday morning with several members of her family, reports, including her mom, sister, and fiance Eric Johnson's parents.

Simpson was outspoken about her pregnancy in the weeks leading up to her delivery.  Close to her due date, which was a week ago, the singer and reality star tweeted about a dream she had. "I just woke up from a dream that I wore a leopard caftan in the hospital," she wrote. "Fabulous!! Now I need to find one!"

Simpson was clearly ready to give birth, telling Jimmy Kimmel during a recent appearance on his late-night talk show that because her belly is weighing so heavily on her "hoo-ha," when her water breaks, it will be "like a fire hydrant."

Simpson stuck with her signature flashy style through her pregnancy, wearing six-inch heels and a snakeskin dress to her baby shower.

Simpson, 31, and Johnson, 32, eventually plan to wed. "I want him to be my husband so bad," Simpson told Jay Leno in March. "I do still want to wear the pretty gown, so I have to wait."

Jessica Simpson: I Want My Body Back!

ABC/RANDY HOLMES(LOS ANGELES) -- Although pregnant Jessica Simpson has admitted to having a great time not watching what she eats before her unborn daughter finally comes into the world, she's apparently starting to think about her post-baby body.

In an interview with Hello!, Simpson says she's gained 40 pounds -- although many agree it seems like more -- and reveals, "I had a great pregnancy.  Eating and not having to worry too much about it has been fun.  Taking a break from working out has definitely been fun."

But Simpson admits, "...I’m ready for it to be over.  I’m ready to have my body back!"

The baby is reportedly due next month, but the Fashion Star mentor says, "I feel like I could pop at any second."

Arizona Grocer Censors Jessica Simpson’s Nude Pregnancy Cover

Alo Ceballos/FilmMagic(TUCSON, Ariz.) -- One Arizona grocery store wasn’t impressed with the Demi Moore-esque pose of a very pregnant Jessica Simpson baring her naked body on the cover of Elle magazine. A Jezebel reader snapped a photo of the magazine covered by a piece of cardboard warning potential readers: “Please do not remove cardboard.”

Jezebel reported that the cardboard has been covering the photograph of Simpson’s naked body, her breasts slightly concealed by her arms and hands, for a week at a Safeway in Tucson. A manager at the store declined to comment, but Teena Massingill, a spokesperson at Safeway headquarters, said in a statement, “We operate nearly 1,700 stores. This was one store employee’s response to some customer complaints. The sign was up for a short time, and removed.  This was by no means a company-wide directive.”

Elle magazine did not immediately return requests for comment.

Experts noted it would be a bit of a double standard if cardboard is not placed over the likes of other magazines that show cleavage.

“If they do have [something like] the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition on their stands, I would consider this a double standard.  I think some people are more afraid of pregnancy and breastfeeding because it has been even more in the closet than sex,” Susan Burger, president of the New York Lactation Consultant Association, told ABC News.

Pregnancy is already in the news in Arizona, a state known for its conservative tendencies and that is currently in the throes of a contraception debate. Some Arizona legislators are pushing for a bill that would allow employers to opt out of providing birth control coverage in their employees’ health care benefits due to religious reasons. Democrats are calling the bill a violation of employees’ privacy.

Dr. Kathleen Marinelli, a physician at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center,  said society is much more comfortable allowing marketing companies to use breasts to sell beers and cars than seeing a woman’s body in its most natural and functioning form.

“It’s a very convoluted way of seeing things,” Marinelli told ABC News last month.

While some cringe at such celebrity pregnancy photos, others say the photos are old news.

“I think the fact that some people are tired of the trend may indicate that exposed pregnant bellies no longer has shock value,” said Burger. “So, I would assume this means that more people find it normal, even if a grocery store still found it shocking enough to cover it up.”
