Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Reese Witherspoon’s pregnancy is progressing smoothly and with no complications, despite a report that she was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Tuesday night and again on Wednesday.

A source assures E! that “all parties are healthy and fine,” and that Wednesday’s visit was “a normal thing for a lot of pregnant women and there is no drama.”

The magazine reports the $7 million ranch in Ojai, Calif. -- offered as refuge to the actor by Witherspoon -- is the perfect spot to avoid the media circus surrounding the story.  The two co-starred in the movie Water for Elephants.

A source tells the magazine Pattinson is "a total mess...He's questioning everything," while an "inconsolable" Stewart is "dying to save the relationship," but her barrage of calls and texts to her former co-star are going unanswered.

Reese Witherspoon Finally Talks Pregnancy

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(CHICAGO) -- Reese Witherspoon is talking publicly about her third pregnancy.

Responding to a reporter’s compliment about her pregnancy glow, the Oscar-winning actress said, “Thanks, but frankly I’m feeling very round tonight.”

Witherspoon was in Chicago to receive the Gene Siskel Film Center’s Renaissance Award, but she admitted that she was trying to steer clear of the city’s famed deep-dish pizza. “Maybe, but it’s not easy,” she told reporters with a laugh. “I’m always feeling like I’d like to eat everything in sight!”

The actress said she is “very excited” about the pending fall birth of her first child with new husband Jim Toth but declined to reveal the sex or possible names for the baby.

Witherspoon has been busy wrapping up her latest film in Atlanta ahead of the baby’s arrival. Devil’s Knot, which co-stars Colin Firth is about a crime that occurred in 1993.

“It happened in Arkansas, and it’s what I’d say is a very American story,” the actress said. “And, after I finish that, I’m going to take a little time off — and go have a baby.”

Reese Witherspoon Attends Emergency Competency Hearing In Father's Bigamy Case

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- A visibly pregnant Reese Witherspoon appeared at an emergency competency hearing for her father on Friday where a judge decided in a closed court room whether John Witherspoon is able to handle his own financial affairs.

Witherspoon's mother is suing her husband, the Oscar-winning actress' father, for bigamy, saying that he took part in an illegal marriage that she learned about from the local newspaper. She is seeking to have the marriage annulled.

The family fears that the woman John Witherspoon married may be trying to take advantage of his finances.

The court proceedings on Friday were closed, however Witherspoon and her brother asked a judge to place their father under a conservatorship, The Tennessean reported.

"The concern was that the father had gone off and married someone and therefore he is really not in the right state and the family is very concerned that he may be doing things that really are contrary to his best interests," said Dana Cole, a legal expert. "They felt a court order was needed to prevent him from continuing to have a relationship with this particular woman."

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Witherspoon and John Witherspoon, 70, have been married for 42 years, so the actress' mother said she was surprised to see a wedding announcement saying her husband had married a woman named Tricianne Taylor in an "intimate doubled-ringed ceremony" at a "private chalet," with the bride in a "full-length formal ivory satin gown" and the groom in a "white linen suit."

Witherspoon's family believes John Witherspoon is being taken advantage of by his new wife, a twice-divorced former salon owner, and is unable to protect himself.

On Friday, a restraining order was granted barring Taylor from using the Witherspoon name.

Betty Witherspoon said Taylor, 60, tried to take out bank loans in her husband's name, according to court documents, which also allege John Witherspoon did not remember wedding Taylor.

Betty and John Witherspoon have lived in separate houses in Nashville since 1996 due to John Witherspoon's "alcoholism, overspending, infidelity and hoarding," documents stated.

Betty Witherspoon said that when she asked John about his marriage, he claimed to have no idea who Tricianne Taylor was, although the affidavit also says John had tried to bring Taylor to Reese's wedding last year, but the woman was turned away because she was not on the guest list.

Both parties have failed to respond to a request for comments.

"This is obviously a very difficult situation and for someone who's as private as Reese Witherspoon," Charlotte Triggs, staff writer at People magazine, said. "It's really a stressful time for her."

According to their wedding announcement, John Witherspoon and Tricianne Taylor are supposed to have a wedding celebration this summer in Nashville.

Reese Witherspoon's Dad Accused of Bigamy

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Although a pregnant Reese Witherspoon is adding to her own family with husband Jim Toth, the 36-year-old actress' parents are headed to court after her mother Betty Witherspoon sued husband John Witherspoon in Tennessee, accusing him of bigamy.

In the lawsuit, which is filed against John, 70, Betty says her husband can't be married to Tricianne Taylor, 60, whose wedding to John was announced in the Tennessean newspaper last month, according to USA Today, because John is still married to her. The April 22 announcement said that John and Taylor were married Jan. 14, and there will be a summer reception in Nashville.

Betty says that she is still in love with her husband, and does not want a divorce from him. Betty describes her husband as troubled -- with drinking, hoarding and money -- and she says in the documents that she believes he is suffering from early-onset dementia.

"When I confronted my husband, he said he didn't know who Tricianne Taylor was and that he did not remember getting married," she said in the affidavit.

Betty also says that friends told her that they saw the two at an Octoberfest event, when John tried to bring Taylor to Reese's California wedding. Taylor was ultimately refused entry because she was not on the guest list, according to the affidavit.

Taylor would not speak to Betty when she confronted her, she says, and would not respond to a letter she wrote telling her John is still married. Betty says that Taylor is living in a Nashville condo owned by Reese Witherspoon, and that she has gotten him to change his will.

"I also fear for my husband's personal safety and the safety of my family," Betty said.

Court records show that Betty would like Taylor to return any vehicles, jewelry or other property acquired since their wedding.
