(NEW YORK) -- Robert Linhart, who was arrested twice in one week outside of Madonna's Central Park West apartment on suspicion of stalking her, has been released on bail. A Manhattan judge ordered bail be set at $20,000 provided the 59-year-old former firefighter stays at least 10 blocks away from Madge's building.
Linhart was busted outside of the apartment last month with box cutters, a knife, an icepick and a club in his possession, as well as signs directed at Madonna.
While prosecutors said Linhart is fixated on the performer, they didn't pursue stalking charges or a restraining order against him, but indicted him instead for weapons possession and resisting arrest. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
