Miley Cyrus' New Tattoo in Support of "All Love is Equal"

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) -- Miley Cyrus says she is a staunch supporter of gay rights. So much so, she's putting it in ink.

Cyrus tweeted a picture of her new tattoo Friday, an equal-sign on her ring finger, along with the message, "All LOVE is equal." Her liberal stance prompted a wide variety of reaction from her fans on Twitter, leading her to follow up with several tweets as it related to her views on gay rights.

"Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn't," Circus tweeted from her account. "GOD is the only judge honey. GOD is love."

When responding to one fan who took exception with Cyrus' stance, the 18-year-old singer tweeted: "Dude everyone lay off... Love u! Everyone is entitled 2 opinions! If u don't stand 4 something you'll fall for anything."

Cyrus' new body ink brings her total number of tattoos to seven.
