Ke$ha Postpones Japanese Tour, but Show Goes On for Ne-Yo

Alvarez/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Following the disaster in Japan, Ke$ha has canceled her upcoming tour of that country.  Billboard reports that in a statement, the singer said, "I genuinely don't think right now would be appropriate timing for me to perform in Japan, given the content and spirit of my show, which is all about feeling exuberant, rowdy and wild."  She added that she'll return to the country "when we are all ready to dance and Get $leazy together again."  Ke$ha, who also pledged to "do everything I can to help relief efforts," will start a U.S. tour leg April 1 in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

However, Ne-Yo decided not to let the recent events in Japan stop him from performing there.  Over the weekend, he gave a concert in the city of Nagoya, and tweeted that he was setting up donation boxes in the venue to help those in need.  He also sold special wristbands, the proceeds from which will go to the victims of the earthquake and tsunami.  The singer will do the same at his show Tuesday in Yokohama and Thursday in Tokyo.  He's calling his campaign "Spread Love Through Music."

Miley Cyrus Planning International Tour; Returns to Twitter

PRNewsFoto/MTV Networks International(LOS ANGELES) -- Miley Cyrus has announced the first two dates of what will be a full-scale international tour, according to E! Online.  She'll perform April 29 in Ecuador, and May 1 in Lima, Peru, with more dates to follow.  According to E!, there are no immediate plans for Miley to perform in the United States.  A source told E!, "Miley has a huge fanbase worldwide.  She's pumped that her schedule has opened up and allowed her to perform for fans abroad."

Meanwhile, Miley, who famously quit Twitter back in 2009, is back on the social networking service -- kind of.  When she first left, she explained with a final tweet that her boyfriend at the time, Liam Hemsworth, "doesn't have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason."  Now, she's using the Twitter account of the production team Rock Mafia, with whom she's been working lately.  Miley wrote on their account, "This is my new way to connect.  When I need to speak out, I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia."  But after sending a series of tweets, she added, "Wanted to make it clear I'M NOT rejoining Twitter. I'm only using it when with [Rock Maifa] writing! Fans are the best way to get inspired."

Charlie Sheen Launches Website, Announces Tour

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Charlie Sheen has expanded his presence on the Internet with his own personal website. He launched CharlieSheen.com on Friday, announcing via Twitter, "After years of being at the mercy of a decaying troll, CharlieSheen.com is finally in the hands of its Warlock owner! Go Now!"

The site features a video of Sheen promoting his tour, "Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option," about which he states that "trolls need not apply, you all suffer from Sheenis envy." The site also declares $1 from each ticket sale will be donated to the Red Cross to aid its Japan earthquake relief efforts. The first two dates --  Chicago and Detroit -- sold out in minutes, setting a Ticketmaster record.

Journey to Release New CD, Tour with Foreigner

Legacy Records(NEW YORK) -- Journey will release a new album on May 24, exclusively through Walmart.

The disc, called Eclipse, will feature the band's current lineup: guitarist Neil Schon, keyboardist Jonathan Cain, bass player Ross Valory, drummer Deen Castronovo and singer Arnel Pineda, a Steve Perry sound-alike who joined the group in 2007.

Schon says of the new album, "I'm in love with this record, which I haven't said about one of our albums for a long time."

Journey has also lined up a tour in support of Eclipse that will kick off July 21, and joining them for the ride will be Foreigner and special guest Night Ranger, of "Sister Christian" fame.  This will mark Journey's first time touring with Foreigner in a decade.

On the tour, Journey will play all their greatest hits, including "Don't Stop Believin'," as well as material from the new disc.  Tickets go on sale March 11.

It kicks off on April 15 in Durham, North Carolina and will conclude on May 7 with a show in Chicago.  Young will be performing songs off of his newest album, Le Noise, along with some of the classics from his extensive catalog.

Paul Simon Announces North American Tour Dates

Legacy Recordings/Sony Music Entertainment(NEW YORK) -- Paul Simon is hitting the road in support of his new album So Beautiful or So What, which is coming out April 12.  The disc, Simon's first new record in five years, has been called "his best since Graceland" by Rolling Stone magazine.

The tour kicks off April 15 in Seattle, Washington, and is right now scheduled to wrap up June 1 in Boston.  Simon will give fans a hint of what to expect from the tour when he performs for two consecutive evenings on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 6 and 7.

Larry King Hitting the Road with One-Man Show

The 77-year-old, who left CNN in December after 25 years as host of Larry King Live, will tour the country with a one-man show that takes a look back at his life and career, according to The New York Times. King will also answer questions from the audience.

Larry King: Standing Up will launch April 14 in Torrington, Connecticut and will conclude June 11 in Las Vegas.

Arcade Fire Announces Remaining US Tour Dates

Rihanna Announces Initial North American Dates for 2011 Tour

The tour is currently set to begin June 4 in Baltimore, Maryland, and right now dates are scheduled through July 23, but more dates will be announced soon.  The Loud tour will feature an all-new production, costumes and stage design.

Tickets go on sale starting on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, at Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com.

'Glee Live! In Concert!' Returns for Another Tour

Photo Courtesy - 20th Century Fox(NEW YORK) -- Glee is so big, it can't be held to the small screen.  Thirteen of the show's stars will perform during a tour this spring called Glee Live!  In Concert!

Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riler, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, Dianna Agron, Heather Morris, Mark Sailing, Naya Rivera, Harry Shum, Jr., Chord Overstreet and Darren Criss are all slated to take the stage for the tour.  The cast will sing some of the most popular songs from the series' first two seasons.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy said hitting the road was a no-brainer after the success of last year's tour, adding, "The cast and I were so moved by the love and enthusiasm of our fans at last year's concerts that we knew we had to do it again.  There is something magical about thousands of 'Gleeks' coming together to share a special night with our cast, and this tour is one way we can thank them for their unbelievable support from the beginning."

Tickets go on sale Feb. 19 at ticketmaster.com.
