(LOS ANGELES) -- Selena Gomez is the youngest U.S. ambassador UNICEF has ever had and, later this month, she and her band The Scene will do a benefit concert for the organization. Tickets for the show, scheduled for Oct. 26 at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles, go on sale Monday, Oct. 11 at 5:00 p.m. PT. You can get them at TrickOrTreatForUnicef.org/Selena. The show will also be streamed live on Oct. 26 at 5:00 p.m. PT on Ustream.com/SelenaGomez.
In addition to being a UNICEF Ambassador, Gomez is also the 2010 Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF national spokesperson. The program encourages kids to collect money while trick-or-treating to help kids in developing countries around the world.
Gomez says of her involvement, "I love to give back as much as possible...I mean, even when we didn't have that much, my mom always taught us to give back as much as we can."
