(LOS ANGELES) -- Woody Allen will receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards.
The honor is presented annually by the ceremony's organizers, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, to "talented individuals who have made an incredible impact on the world of entertainment."
Jodie Foster was this year's recipient.
The 2014 Golden Globe Awards will be held in Hollywood on January 12, and will air live on NBC.
