Phil Collins Not Retiring, Says Rep

Ian Gavan/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Despite a recent interview with FHM magazine which seemed to indicate that he'd be giving up music for good, Phil Collins' rep tells People magazine that Collins "is not, has no intention of, retiring."

In fact, Collins is simply taking some time off to recuperate from his health problems -- he has nerve damage in his hands that renders him incapable of holding a set of drumsticks, or playing the piano.

Last fall, Collins told People magazine that he wanted to take "some real serious time off" and spend time with his two youngest sons.

IRS Files Tax Lien Against Al Pacino

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(WASHINGTON) -- Al Pacino owes the IRS approximately $188,000, according to TMZ.

The IRS just filed a tax lien against the actor for allegedly neglecting to pay about $169,000 in 2008 and a little more than $19,000 in 2009.

A spokesperson for Pacino told TMZ that the problem stems from the actor's former business manager, Ken Starr, an accountant who also allegedly squandered the money of stars like Uma Thurman and Martin Scorcese in a Ponzi scheme.  Starr was recently sentenced to seven-and-a-half years in prison.

Nude Chris Brown Pictures Now Online

Michael Loccisano/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- It's not known whether or not he had anything to do with them, but nude photos of Chris Brown are currently floating around online.

The pictures, which were taken recently -- we know because Chris' hair is bleached blond -- show the singer naked in front of a mirror, taking a snapshot of himself, and, well, you can see everything.  The pictures surfaced on Friday night.  According to MTV, Chris tweeted, "WTF!!! Here we go!!!" and then removed the post.

This is the second embarrassing Chris Brown-related photo to leak online.  On Feb. 24, previously unseen photos of a bruised and beaten Rihanna, taken after her altercation with Chris in 2009, surfaced.   Chris, whose new album F.A.M.E. is due out March 22, tweeted, "It's ironic how 'somebody' put this out right around my album time!"  He's also deleted that posting.

Kathy Griffin Responds to Sarah Palin with Invite to Her Broadway Show

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagi(NEW YORK) -- In Sarah Palin's book, Kathy Griffin is "a has-been" and "a 50-year-old adult bully." But the comedian sees the "Mama Grizzly" as a kindred spirit.

Responding to Palin's complaints about Griffin's tongue-in-cheek critiques of Alaska's former first family, Griffin's publicist told ABC News, "As a fellow reality star, Kathy would like to extend free tickets to her upcoming Broadway show to reality-star Sarah Palin and her reality-TV crew. Kathy supports all reality stars regardless of what they say about her." Griffin declined to comment specifically on Palin's personal assessment of her.

Griffin parlayed her Emmy-winning Bravo TV series My Life on the D-List into Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony, which will run in New York from March 11-19. Palin, meanwhile, strayed from politics into the reality TV realm with Sarah Palin's Alaska, which ran from November 2010 to January 2011.

There appears to be little love between them, though. During an appearance on Fox News this weekend, Palin called out Griffin for repeatedly poking fun at her children. Palin's latest gripe: that Griffin will reportedly parody a conservative Tea Party-type character on an upcoming episode of Glee.

"You know, Kathy Griffin can do anything to me or say anything about me, because you know, she's kind of this; she's a 50-year-old adult bully is really what she is," Palin, 47, said. "She's kind of a has-been comedian and she can do those things to me. I would just ask for respect of my children...Kathy, pick on me, come up to Alaska and pick on me, but leave my kids alone."

Griffin started 2011 by revealing her new year's resolution to bring down 16-year-old Willow Palin. Her reasoning: Willow Palin reportedly posted homophobic slurs on Facebook in November, and "You don't throw around the F-word without hearing from me about it."

Griffin has been milking the Palins for laughs for years. In December, troops at the Marine Corps Air Station in California booed her when she made a crack about former Dancing With the Stars contestant Bristol Palin during the taping of VH1 Divas: Salute the Troops.

Jewelry Store Surveillance Footage of Lindsay Lohan Sold to Celebrity Shows

ABC News (LOS ANGELES) -- The once little-known jeweler in Venice Beach, Calif., who accused Lindsay Lohan of shoplifting a $2,500 necklace is now attempting to cash in big time, selling the surveillance video to Entertainment Tonight and other celebrity shows for $35,000, according to

When all sides agreed two weeks ago to keep the video tape private, a no-nonsense judge publicly sent Lohan an unmistakable message. "This case does involve jail time. Period," Judge Keith Schwartz said last month.

But legal experts say that if the key piece of the prosecution's evidence is now tainted, it may be the judge who receives an unmistakable message.

"He seems to have boxed himself into a corner without giving the opportunity to even listen to whatever evidence may be coming," former prosecutor Robin Sax told ABC News.

A website created by a Beverly Hills, Calif., software company claimed to have "exclusive license" to the surveillance tape of Lindsay Lohan in the Venice Beach jewelry store where she allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace.

On the website,, is a statement that it will stream segments of the video, although no date or time is given.

"Speculation as to what occurred that day has been the subject of intense rumor in the media and elsewhere," a statement on the website said. "Many individuals want to be able to see the video streams from the jewelry store's surveillance cameras, and we have obtained the exclusive license for them.

"The tapes speak for themselves," said the statement on the site, which was credited to the Spencer Company, a Beverly Hills, Calif., software company.

Cristopher Spencer, the president of The Spencer Company and a spokesperson for the jewelry store, Kamofie & Company, said the company decided to release the tape due to media interest and concerns that the media was mischaracterizing its contents.

"The bottom line is we felt there was far too much speculation about the video recording, and that it was right for the public to be able to see the video itself," Spencer said in a statement released to ABC News.

"The jewelry store wanted a bidding war to maximize profits," RadarOnline quotes a source as saying. "They chopped up the sale to different outlets to make as much money as possible."

Bobby Brown: My Daughter Doesn’t Do Drugs

Tiffany Rose/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- For Bobby Brown, a picture doesn’t always speak a thousand words.

In an interview with ABC News on Monday, the infamous R&B singer denied that Bobbi Kristina, his daughter with Whitney Houston, has ever used drugs. This month, The National Enquirer published photographs that appear to show the 18-year-old snorting cocaine.

“I don’t know anything about that,” he said when asked about the photos. “My daughter, she doesn’t, she doesn’t do that.”

Bobbi Kristina defended herself on Twitter a day after the photos came out, saying she was “set up” by a money-hungry ex-boyfriend because of “a horrible relationship that went sour.” “It’s really not what it looks like,” she wrote.

Brown also revealed that “there will be a New Edition reunion sometime in the near future.” He shot to fame in the 1980s as part of the R&B band; despite the fact that he was voted out of the group in 1986, Brown said they’re eager to perform together again.
