Charlie Sheen Live! Thousands Tune In to Watch Sheen on UStream

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- As if going before every TV camera that would have him and becoming an overnight Twitter star weren’t enough, actor Charlie Sheen took his "winning" message to a live web audience Saturday night.

Dressed in a T-shirt emblazoned with a giant green dollar sign and a black fedora, the actor addressed his fans in a Ustream show called "Sheen's Korner." At its peak, the show attracted about 150,000 viewers, but the viewer count appeared to fall as the show continued.

The program -- promoted with the tagline "You're either in Sheen's corner or with the trolls" -- featured Sheen, as well as his "sidekick" Rick Calamaro, "goddess" girlfriend Natalie Kenly, a dedicated sound engineer and a handful of other pals.

Since his very public feud with CBS began and the network canceled the rest of the season of his hit sitcom, Two and a Half Men, Sheen has seemingly been everywhere, including an extensive interview he gave ABC's Andrea Canning.

After thanking his "sponsors," Sheen pulled a bandage off his wrist to reveal that he had tattooed himself with his favorite phrase, "winning." He said "Sheen's Korner" would be "an experiment of sorts," airing on Ustream daily, weekly or with whatever frequency his fans indicated they desired.

Sheen and his friends also introduced a series of so-called "segments," including "Winning News," "Gnarls Gnarlingest," "Wish They Were Me Forever" and "Kinda wish I were them for 10 minutes." He also gave viewers an opportunity to write in and request, via Twitter, some of their favorite Sheen quotes.

"There's been a lot of wordsmithing that has fallen gracefully from this beautiful hole," he said. "It has caught on like an absolute global wildfire."

The online show lasted for nearly an hour and, at the end, Sheen thanked his viewers for tuning in to his "maiden madcap experiment."

Lil Jon, Mark McGrath Ready to Compete on 'Celebrity Apprentice'

Mike Stobe/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- The fourth installment of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice debuts this Sunday night and it's an unusually music-heavy lineup this year.

Among the contestants:  Rapper Lil Jon, Sugar Ray lead singer Mark McGrath, music legend Dionne Warwick, classic rocker Meat Loaf, David Cassidy -- who was the Justin Bieber of his day; country star John Rich and Latoya Jackson, Michael Jackson's sister.

The contestants will be split into two teams and compete against each other in a series of business-related challenges around New York City to raise money for their favorite charities.  The eventual winner will be "hired" by Donald Trump and earn the title of "The Celebrity Apprentice," as well as an extra $250,000 thousand for their charity.

Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath, who's also hosted Don't Forget the Lyrics! and co-hosted the TV show Extra, says he wants to win because, as he puts it, "I've already done two jobs I can't do: sing and host.  So why not be the next Celebrity Apprentice?"  Mark explains that he makes a good contestant because, out of all the others competing, he's "done the most with the least."  He says since he doesn't have the best singing voice, and he's not a businessman.

"I've really had to sorta over-compensate for things I don't do well....I've had to really sort of tap into my own senses and make it happen," McGrath said.

Lil Jon, who hasn't had a big hit on his own in a couple of years, says he's competing so that people can see a different side of him.

"I think people underestimate because I'm the rap guy, I'm a crazy guy, screaming all the time,” Jon said. “But that doesn't mean that I'm not intelligent."

"A lot of stuff that I'm involved in is about branding...I have a couple different businesses...so I want to prove they are wrong."

Sean Penn: Charlie Sheen Has a Lot to Offer Haiti

Jeff Vespa/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- After his whirlwind week of media appearances, Charlie Sheen says he'll now be focusing his exceptional energy in one of the last places you'd expect: the ongoing Haitian relief effort.

Speaking with Access Hollywood on Friday, Sheen said that he and his friend Sean Penn were planning a trip to Haiti and that he wants to help focus the attention of the world back on the devastated Caribbean nation.

He did not indicate when they would be leaving.

According to Oscar winner and long-time Sheen friend Sean Penn, the troubled actor has a lot to offer the island country that was devastated by a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in January 2010 that killed an estimated 316,000 people.

"I think his energies, intelligence and passion could be both of service and servicing to him, as it is to all who are touched by the struggle of the Haitian people," Penn said in a statement Friday.

"Charlie is one of the very few public people who cannot be accused of using the media to his own benefit. I would very much like to show my old friend the world of needs on the ground in Haiti, and introduce him and his tremendous wit to our hard working Haitian staff," Penn added.

Since the earthquake hit Haiti on January 12, Penn has become a major spokesman of relief efforts to help the estimated 1.3 million people who lost their homes.

"If [Sheen] chooses to give support, I'll trust it," Penn said of Sheen.

Usher Is Latest Celeb to Donate Earnings from Gadhafi Party

Paul Archuleta/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Pop Superstar Usher announced Friday that he would give away money he received for his performance at a reported $1 million party for Moammar Gadhafi's son in 2009.  Usher's decision to donate the money comes after other A-list celebrities, including Beyonce, Mariah Care and Nelly Furtado, announced that they had donated money received from the Gadhafi family.

"I am sincerely troubled to learn about the circumstances surrounding the Nikki Beach St. Barts event that took place on New Year's Eve 2009," Usher said in a statement to ABC News and other organizations. "I will be donating all of my personal proceeds from that event to various human rights organizations."

A representative for the singer said that Usher has already promised a donation to Amnesty International.  The money will "support this urgent work to counter the brutal conditions like those imposed by Gadhafi and other leaders across the Middle East," Amnesty International said in a statement.

Documents from the U.S. State Department that were leaked on the WikiLeaks website, revealed that Usher and Beyonce had both performed at a New Year's Eve Party on St. Barts for Moammar Gadhafi's son.  The documents also revealed that Maria Carey had performed at a similar party for the dictator's son just one year before.

Phil Collins Retires Due to Health Problems

Ian Gavan/Getty Images(LONDON) -- The beat will not go on for Phil Collins, who has decided to end his rock career due to looming health problems that will prevent him from playing the drums again.

The 60-year-old has hearing problems, a dislocated vertebra and nerve damage in his hands, caused by years of playing drums.

Collins currently lives alone in Switzerland.

"I don't really belong to that world and I don't think anyone's going to miss me. I'm much happier just to write myself out of the script entirely. I'll go on a mysterious biking holiday and never return. That would be a great way to end the story, wouldn't it?" Collins told FHM magazine.

Britney Spears Drops 'Till the World Ends,' Mimics Ke$ha

Jive Records(LOS ANGELES) -- Britney Spears is stirring up a buzz on the Internet as she prepares to release her new album on March 22.

Perez Hilton posted Spears' latest single Till The World Ends on March 3. The upbeat dance track will undoubtedly have you ready to head into the weekend "dancing till the world ends."

Unsurprisingly, it is a collaboration with party music aficionado and glitter enthusiast Ke$ha, who told MTV News that "it's an honor to write for one of pop music's biggest icons." Ke$ha also spoke with SPIN magazine about the single and suggested the lyrics allude to "any female musician touring the world," and the experience of "having an amazing, magical night and you don't want to go to sleep and you want it to last until the world ends."

It looks like Spears has taken note of quite a few tactics that have rapidly propelled Ke$ha to dance party sensation status. The glitter queen also used an abundance of product placement, which Spears' latest music video Hold It Against Me made headlines for, in her 2010 video We R Who We R. Coincidentally, both videos feature the dating website PlentyOfFish.com.

Spears has yet to release a video for Till The World Ends, but the high-synth electro pop song will be released as a single on March 14. The track was produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin, who have also worked with Ke$ha and Katy Perry.

Sammy Hagar Wants to Record with Van Halen Again

FABRICE COFFRINI/AFP/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar says he would get back into a recording studio with his former bandmates.

Hagar spoke to Rolling Stone to promote his forthcoming autobiography, Red: My Uncensored Life In Rock, and said, "I would love to make another record with Van Halen. If Eddie was totally cool and was back to the guy I used to know, or a new guy, not the guy I knew the last time."

In Hagar's book, the Red Rocker says he's completely open with all the details of what went on during his time in Van Halen. Hagar says he wasn't worried about "burning bridges" because "If you choose to write an autobiography, which I did, then you only have one shot."

Red: My Uncensored Life In Rock is in stores on March 15.
