Mariah Carey Stumbles, Adding to Pregnancy Speculation

Photo Courtesy - ABC News(SINGAPORE) -- Pop sensation Mariah Carey tumbled onstage during a performance at a Singapore concert on Saturday. The 40-year-old singer sat there for a moment before one of her backup dancers helped her back up.  Carey, who had been belting out "Make It Happen," quipped "I meant to do that" before an assistant rushed to relieve her of the high heels she'd been wearing, which likely led to her fall. Carey got back on her feet and finished her 90-minute show barefoot.

But her fall could have more serious implications. For months, Carey's been dodging rumors that she's pregnant. Recent photos of a larger-than-usual Carey at a concert in Brazil helped fuel baby-onboard reports, but in their wake, Carey's publicist released a statement saying that even she can't say for sure if the singer's pregnant.

"I appreciate everyone's well wishes, but I am very superstitious," Carey said in an August statement released by her publicist, Cindi Berger. "When the time is right, everyone will know -- even Cindi Berger."  Berger did not immediately respond to ABC News' requests for further comment.

The "Octomom" Has a Yard Sale to Save Home

Photo Courtesy - ABC News(LA HABRA, Calif.) -- Despite all the media attention, so-called “Octomom” Nadya Suleman hasn’t been able to cash in on her fame.  Suleman's home in La Habra, California is set to foreclose in two weeks, unless she can manage to raise $450,000 to stop the bank from taking action.  Last Saturday, Suleman hosted a yard sale, putting virtually everything but her 14 kids on sale.  She was forced to hawk her nursing bra and other undergarments, baby clothes, and various appliances, including the refrigerator that kept all the baby formula cold.  Along with selling the Halloween devil costumes worn by the octuplets for 50 bucks, Suleman also charged customers $10 to have a picture taken with her and $100 for a group shot of the family.  Suleman was inseminated with six embryos, two of which split into twins. She gave birth to all eight children in January 2009.

Lindsay Lohan Released On Bail

Photo Courtesy - ABC News(LOS ANGELES) -- For the moment, Lindsay Lohan is a free woman after she was briefly jailed on Friday for failing a drug test. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox had ordered the Mean Girls star held without bail at a suburban L.A. jail during a hearing Friday morning. But later in the day, following an appeal from Lohan's attorney, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg set bail for the 24-year-old actress, paving the way for her release. Schnegg ruled that defendants in misdemeanor cases are entitled to bail.

Lohan was released from jail Friday night after posting $300,000 bail. She's required to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her ankle and must avoid establishments that primarily sell alcohol.  She will have to appear at a hearing on Oct. 22, at which time Judge Fox will determine whether the movie star violated her probation by failing a drug test. Lohan may give rehab another try before then.  According to TMZ.com, she will check into a "live-in facility" outside of Los Angeles sometime this week.

Lohan admitted via Twitter earlier this month that she failed a court-ordered drug test.  She served 13 days in jail and 22 days in rehab this past summer for violating her probation in her 2007 DUI cases.

After some overseas travel, the actress will work on the Lifetime thriller He Loves Me, set to air sometime next year.
