Alec Baldwin Goes On Twitter Tirade

Art Streiber/NBC(NEW YORK) -- 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin has been tweeting about the execution of convicted cop killer Troy Davis since Wednesday night.

His tweets have turned into a long-winded rant about subjects as removed from Davis as former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and conservative author Michelle Malkin. For example: "When do Cheney and Rumsfeld go on trial for murder? Will that trial be in Texas? Georgia?"

"I wonder if @michellemalkin will push the needle in herself on a man the former FBI director said might have reasonable doubt on his side"

Thursday morning he tweeted, "Troy Davis is still dead. The gulf, still contaminated. Fukushima, still radioactive. Iraq, war."

Gary Busey, Ted Haggard to Swap Spouses

Paul Drinkwater/NBC(COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.) -- Gary Busey and disgraced pastor Ted Haggard will swap partners for an upcoming episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.

Haggard, the former New Life Church pastor, and his wife, Gayle, will appear in the spinoff of the ABC reality series, along with bad boy actor Busey and Steffanie Sampson, girlfriend and mother of his child.

The episode will tape Thursday at the GLBT Pride Center in Colorado Springs, according to ColoradoSprings.com.

Neither Haggard nor Busey are strangers to reality television. After Haggard saw his life crumble when he was caught in an affair with a gay male prostitute, he made appearances on countless talk shows, including The Oprah Winfrey Show. He and his wife also appeared on a 2009 episode of Divorce Court.

Now admitting he may be bisexual, Haggard was also featured in documentaries on TLC and HBO.
Busey is an alum of both Celebrity Rehab and Celebrity Apprentice.

Besides having reality television in common, both claim to be reformed bad boys.

Busey, a born-again Christian, is an active minister with Promise Keepers. Haggard has returned to the ministry as pastor of the non-denominational St. James church in Colorado Springs

Brad Pitt: It's a Shame Aniston's Name Comes Up When I Talk about Jolie

Raymond Hansen/Fotos International/ Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Brad Pitt still hasn't been able to get the media to stop talking about the comments he made to Parade regarding his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.

He told the magazine he "wasn't living an interesting life" while married to Aniston.

In the aftermath of the interview's publication last week, he twice claimed the remarks were taken out of context.  But maybe the third time will be the charm for Pitt.

The actor addressed the comments again during a conversation with Today show host Matt Lauer scheduled to air Thursday on the NBC program.

Calling Aniston a "dear friend," he said, "All I know is that my point was, the best thing I'd done as a father is be sure that my kids have a good mother....It has no reference to the past.  And I think it's a shame that I can't say something nice about Angie without Jen being drug in.  You know, she doesn't deserve it."

Pitt, who stars in the new film Moneyball, began his public relationship with Angelina Jolie after divorcing Aniston.

Man Claims Mel Gibson Tried to Run Him Over in Costa Rica

Mike Marsland/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- A man who filed a lawsuit against Mel Gibson a few months ago over an investment is now claiming the actor tried to run him over near a bakery in Costa Rica in July.

TMZ.com reports Nader Sharif claims in new court documents that Gibson verbally abused him at the bakery, then left the store, got into his car, and drove towards him while flipping him the bird.  Sharif says he got out of the way in the nick of time.

A witness disputes Sharif's account of what happened, telling TMZ that Sharif started the confrontation and that Gibson never drove his car towards Sharif.

Sharif sued Gibson in June, claiming the Oscar-winner talked him into investing his life savings in a company called Green Rubber.  Sharif alleged that he later requested that the company give him back his money, but it refused to do so.

Report: Jennifer Aniston's Camp 'Went Ballistic' after Brad Pitt Interview

James Devaney/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Brad Pitt's recent comments in Parade magazine regarding his marriage to Jennifer Aniston didn't go over well with her camp, according to Us Weekly.

Her agent and reps reportedly "went ballistic" and contacted his "team," at which point "Brad was read the riot act."

Aniston herself was "annoyed," reports Us Weekly.

In the Parade interview, Pitt appeared to imply that he wasn't satisfied with their marriage, though he's since claimed his remarks were misconstrued.

'Charlie's Angels' Crew Member Fired after Slapping Minka Kelly's Butt

ABC(LOS ANGELES) -- Minka Kelly has been touched by more than just an angel on the set of her new ABC series.

A crew member on the set of Charlie's Angels slapped her in the rear end and was subsequently banned and then fired for his actions, according to TMZ.com.

Following the slap, Kelly reportedly told the man, "Please don't ever disrespect me or any other woman like that again."

TMZ denies reports claiming that the man had held a $100 in front of her and that she slapped him during the incident.

According to TMZ, Kelly was friendly with the crew member and did not want to see him get canned.  The website says the crew member was involved in similar incidents with other women on the set.

Halle Berry Breaks Foot, Impacting Film Shoot

Steve Granitz/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- Halle Berry broke her foot Wednesday while walking in Spain, where she's shooting a film titled Cloud Atlas, according to TMZ.com.

The actress was photographed leaving a hospital in a wheelchair, with her foot in a cast.

TMZ says the film crew will do their best to accommodate Berry in the coming days, including shooting scenes in which she is not needed.

Salahi Divorce Turns Nasty

Paul Archuleta/FilmMagic(HUME, Va.) -- Now that Tareq Salahi has accepted that wife Michaele Salahi was not kidnapped but has instead run off with Journey guitarist Neal Schon, the Real Housewives of D.C. househusband has filed for divorce.

“Over the objections of me, she continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted the same throughout the community, the nation and indeed the world, and thus caused … me to suffer great harm, humiliation, and embarrassment,” Tareq Salahi said in a divorce petition filed Friday in Warren County, Va., to end their nearly eight-year marriage.

“There is no hope or possibility of reconciliation,” he said, adding that he “has been greatly hurt and disturbed” by her actions.

And he’s not the only one. Tareq Salahi, 43, claims their Doberman Pinscher, which recently had a heart attack, has been too depressed to get out of bed since his wife’s departure. TMZ obtained a video of the pooch.

Schon’s wife of two months, former Playboy Playmate Ava Fabian, also isn’t happy. “This is very painful for me. I’m very hurt,” Fabian told TMZ.

Asked if she would consider getting back together with the 57-year-old rocker, she replied, “Um, no, thank you.”

Michaele Salahi, meanwhile, has locked her husband out of Journey concerts. Signs with his picture and a warning not to allow “this man” backstage despite his all-access pass were plastered at the Aaron’s Amphitheatre in Atlanta recently.

It’s just as well. Who knows how Salahi might have reacted seeing his wife shake her groove thing on stage with Schon. The three were once chummy.

Michaele Salahi, 45, might be losing more than her marriage by running off with a rock star. According to the Salahi’s prenuptial agreement, obtained by TMZ, she is stripped of any rights to money or property accumulated during their marriage if she cheats, and she forfeits her right to spousal support if she moves out.

'Harry Potter' Star Daniel Radcliffe Has Never Seen 'Star Wars'

ABC/Lou Rocco(LONDON) -- He may have been born 12 years after the movie was in theaters, but one would figure at some point in his young life, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe would have caught up with the original Star Wars movies. Not so, he tells Moviefone.

Because the Potter series is often compared to the Star Wars saga -- and the fact that both series share millions of fans -- Radcliffe seemed reluctant to admit it. "I know. Yeah, I know. It's really bad," he says, before adding: "I saw The Phantom Menace, and everyone's like, "You saw that one! You didn't see the originals?!" I know! I was ten! I didn't know any better!"

Radcliffe explains he will probably catch up to George Lucas' films on Blu-ray. "And I know that I would love them because I'm a geek -- so I would definitely get into them." The actor continued, "...any kind of a franchise where a world is created will then engender a generation of nerds. Fantastic! Nerds are the best things in the world. I think of myself as a nerd. What was the Bill Gates thing? 'Be nice to nerds, you'll probably be working for them one day.' But I think the difference is because Potter started out as a book, it's created a generation of literary nerds in a way that Star Wars perhaps didn't. But, basically...I do think of Potter as being this generation's Star Wars. It's something that an entire generation has lost themselves in and it's a meticulously created, detailed world."

Illusionist Criss Angel Is Engaged

Denise Truscello/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) -- It's no illusion: Criss Angel really is engaged. The famous illusionist popped the question to his girlfriend, Sandra Gonzalez, in Mexico on September 7, according to People magazine. A wedding date has not yet been set.

Angel was previously married to JoAnn Winkhart from 2002 to 2005. He was also once romantically linked to Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend Holly Madison.
