Mystery Illness Sickens Hundreds Along US-Mexico Border

Comstock/Thinkstock(EL PASO, Texas) -- Approximately 200 people have become sick near the U.S.-Mexico border, northwest of El Paso, Texas, and a mandatory evacuation has been ordered for two miles around an industrial park there.

Firefighters say some kind of hazardous material has been released causing light-headedness and nausea.

A communications system has now been activated telling people to stay indoors.
