Terry Jones Plans to Return

(DEARBORN, Mich.) -- Controversial pastor Terry Jones says he plans to return to Michigan this week to protest the violation of his First Amendment rights to free speech.

Jones is also planning to sue the Wayne County prosecutors' office for violating his civil rights. Jones and assistant pastor Wayne Sapp were arrested on Friday after refusing to pay a $1 bond. A jury decided that Jones and Sapp could not protest outside the Islamic Center of America in Dearborn as it would disturb the peace.

Jones and Sapp left for Florida on Saturday but say they will return.
