(DETROIT) -- A 43-year-old Chrysler worker was fatally stabbed in front of his colleagues at Detroit's Jefferson North Assembly Plant on Thursday, The Detroit News reports.
Jeff Hunt, the co-worker who killed Keith Readus, later drove to Belle Isle, where he apparently shot himself. Few details were released Thursday, but an employee at the plant said Hunt stabbed Readus in his stomach, back and finally in his throat. Police said Hunt was later found dead in a black SUV with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
No motive for the killing has been released.
