Medical Marijuana Workshop Set for April

(LANSING, Mich.) -- A workshop to provide more information on Michigan's two-year-old law allowing use of marijuana for medicinal purposes will be held in Lansing April 5.

The Michigan Municipal League will hold the event at the Lansing Center and the main mission will be to summarize the act passed by voters in 2008.

The fee to attend the event is $70 for league members and $125 for non-members.
