Michigan's Jobless Rate Rose to 9.4 Percent in Aug.

(DETROIT) -- Michigan's unemployment rate rose to 9.4 percent in August, the Detroit Free Press reports.

The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget released data that showed the state's unemployment rate was one percentage point lower than the state's rate from last year during the same time.
