Five Arrested for Houseboat Burglary 

(GARLAND COUNTY, Ark.) -- Five suspects are in police custody for allegedly burglarizing a houseboat at the Lake Ouachita Echo Canyon Marina on Saturday.

Officials say they received a call from neighbors who spotted the four adults and one teen around the houseboat. The suspects, Matthew Burton, James Meece, Bradley Armstrong, Numa Garcia, and a 17-year-old teen are charged with residential burglary and may face additional charges, as other boat owners who may have been targeted are contacted by the authorities.

Tree Branch Kills One, Injures Two at Pumpkin Patch

(SCOTT, Ark.) -- A woman was killed after a tree branch dislodged by strong winds, fell onto her picnic table at the Scott Pumpkin Patch on Friday.

Officials say the accident occurred at about 1 p.m. while the woman and two other adults were eating at the table. The branch which was at least 30 feet long fell 50 feet to the table killing the woman and injuring the other two guests. Both received minor injuries, one was treated at a local hospital. The victims' names have been withheld.

The patch was closed and it is unknown whether it will open on Saturday.

Update: Both Bodies Found in Traskwood Home Identified

(BENTON, Ark.) -- Both bodies found at a Traskwood home Wednesday have now been identified by police, ABC News Little Rock affiliate KATV-TV report.

Police identified Joe Lee Richards Jr., 39, who was reported missing in October 2010.

Later Thursday, authorities identified the second body as Randal C. Anderson, 53.

Autopsies are underway.

Police arrested Marissa Wright, 50, who lived at the home where the bodies were found. She is being charged with capital murder.

Arkansas Tech Makes Space Arrangements for Theatre Students

(RUSSELLVILLE, Ark.) -- After safety issues recently caused the Techionery theatre workshop to be closed, Arkansas Tech University says it has made arrangements for the theatre students to continue their studies.

School officials say they have identified classroom space for classes to be held, while the Witherspoon Auditorium will be used for the 2011 fall production of Candide, which will reportedly go on as scheduled. These, along with other arrangements being made, were posted in a news release on the university's website.

The Techionery theatre workshop was reportedly closed in September, after an inspection by the Russellville Fire Department found unsafe conditions present at the facility.

Update: One Traskwood Body Identified, Woman Arrested

(BENTON, Ark.) -- A 50-year-old woman is in police custody after two bodies were discovered in her home on Wednesday.

On Thursday, officials positively identified one of the bodies as that of 40-year-old Joe Lee Richards Jr. who was reported missing by relatives in Oct. 2010. After receiving a tip, a joint task force of Benton Police, Saline County Police and other law enforcement served a search warrant at 2902 W. Main St. in Traskwood.  Officials are working to identify the second body.

Marissa Wright, the homeowner, was arrested without incident and faces capital murder charges.
